Claims (9)
- 알데히드 화합물로 가교시킨 히드록시알킬알킬 셀룰로오스 및 알데히드 화합물로 가교시킨 히드록시알킬 셀룰로오스를 블렌딩한 셀룰로오스 에테르를 포함하는 스킴코트 모르타르용 첨가제.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알데히드 화합물로 가교시킨 히드록시알킬알킬 셀룰로오스는 알킬기 치환도가 20 내지 26%이고, 히드록시알킬기 치환도가 5% 이상이고, 상기 알데히드 화합물로 가교시킨 히드록시알킬 셀룰로오스는 히드록시알킬기 치환도가 30.0 내지 65.0%인 스킴코트 모르타르용 첨가제. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 히드록시알킬알킬 셀룰로오스로는 히드록시프로필메틸 셀룰로오스 또는 히드록시에틸메틸 셀룰로오스이며, 상기 히드록시알킬 셀룰로오스는 히드록시에틸 셀룰로오스인 스킴코트 모르타르용 첨가제. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 히드록시알킬알킬 셀룰로오스와 상기 히드록시알킬 셀룰로오스의 블렌딩 중량비율은 90 내지 99 : 10 내지 1인 스킴코트 모르타르용 첨가제. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 셀룰로오스 에테르를 가교시키는 알데히드 화합물로는 포름알데히드, 아세트알데히드, 글리옥살, 메틸글리옥살, 및 페닐글리옥살로 이루어진 군에서 일종 이상 선택되는 것인 스킴코트 모르타르용 첨가제. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 셀룰로오스 에테르를 가교시키는 알데히드 화합물은 셀룰로오스 에테르 전체 중량 대비 0.1 내지 2.5중량%의 범위 내에서 사용되어지는 것인 스킴코트 모르타르용 첨가제. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 셀룰로오스 에테르의 점도는 2% 용액 기준으로 브룩필드 점도계로 측정하는 경우 20℃ 및 20rpm 조건하에서 1,000 내지 200,000cps인 스킴코트 모르타르용 첨가제. - (ⅰ) 시멘트계 원료;
(ⅱ) 알데히드 화합물로 가교시킨 히드록시알킬알킬 셀룰로오스 및 알데히드 화합물로 가교시킨 히드록시알킬 셀룰로오스를 블렌딩한 셀룰로오스 에테르 첨가제; 및
(ⅲ) 물;을 포함하는 스킴코트 모르타르 조성물. - 제8항에 있어서,
시멘트계 원료 100중량부에 대하여 블렌딩 셀룰로오스 에테르 첨가제 0.1 내지 2중량부 및 물 30 내지 50중량부를 포함하는 것인 스킴코트 모르타르 조성물.
