Abstract
이를 위해 본 발명은, 리크레이머 버켓(40) 하부에 형성된 슈트(60)에 설치되어 상기 슈트(60)를 진동시키는 진동부(100);
상기 슈트(60)의 일측에 설치되어 상기 진동부(100)에 의한 진동을 증폭시키는 증폭부(200); 를 포함한다.

도 2는 본 발명인 부착재 제거기능을 갖는 리크레이머 슈트의 사시도.
도 3은 광석의 중량을 측정하는 센서부와 이 센서부의 신호를 전달받는 제어부가 도시된 도면.
도 4는 본 발명인 리크레이머 슈트 부착재 제거방법이 시간의 순서에 따라 도시된 순서도.

Claims (7)
- 리크레이머 버켓(40) 하부에 형성된 슈트(60)에 설치되어 상기 슈트(60)를 진동시키는 진동부(100);
상기 슈트(60)의 일측에 설치되어 상기 진동부(100)에 의한 진동을 증폭시키는 증폭부(200); 를 포함하는 부착재 제거기능을 갖는 리크레이머 슈트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 진동부(100)는 상기 슈트(60)의 외관 일측에 설치된 바이브레이터(110)로 구성되되,
상기 슈트(60) 내로 광석의 낙하시 상기 바이브레이터(110)의 진동에 의해 슈트(60) 내 광석의 부착을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부착재 제거기능을 갖는 리크레이머 슈트.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 증폭부(200)는 상기 슈트의 모서리에 외측방향으로 연장형성된 연결부(210)와 상기 연결부(210)에 그 일단이 결합 된 스프링(220) 및 상기 스프링(220)의 타단이 결합 된 지지부(230)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부착재 제거기능을 갖는 리크레이머 슈트.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 지지부(230)는 슈트이동제한부(300)를 매개로 상기 슈트(60)와 연결되고, 상기 슈트이동제한부(300)는 지지부(230)에 수직한 방향으로 제1슬롯홀(240a)이 형성된 제1연결바(250a)와 상기 제1슬롯홀(240a)과 대향 되는 제2슬롯홀(240b)이 형성된 제2연결바(250b)로 구성되되, 상기 제1슬롯홀(240a)과 상기 제2슬롯홀(240b)을 관통하는 핀(260)으로 상기 제1연결바(250a)와 상기 제2연결바(250b)가 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부착재 제거기능을 갖는 리크레이머 슈트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 리크레이머 버켓(40) 일측에 광석의 중량을 측정하는 센서부(400)가 설치되고, 이 센서부(400)에 의한 신호를 전달받아 상기 광석의 중량에 따라 상기 진동부(100)의 진동 강도를 제어하는 제어부(500)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부착재 제거기능을 갖는 리크레이머 슈트.
- 슈트(60) 내부에 고착된 광석을 진동시켜 광석과 슈트(60)와의 고착력을 감소시키는 제1제거단계(S10);
상기 제1제거단계(S10)에 의해 고착력이 감소된 광석을 상하로 진동시켜 그 진동력을 지속적으로 유지하는 제2제거단계(S20); 를 포함하는 리크레이머 슈트 부착재 제거방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 제1제거단계(S10)에 있어서, 리크레이머 버켓(40)으로 퍼 올려지는 광석의 양과 상기 슈트(60)를 진동시키는 강도가 서로 비례하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리크레이머 슈트 부착재 제거방법.
