Claims (12)
- 망간계 양극 활물질 스크랩(scrap)을 준비하는 단계;
상기 양극 활물질 스크랩을 산에 투입하여 침출수를 수득하는 단계;
상기 침출수를 중화시키는 단계; 및
상기 중화된 침출수를 와권형 타입(spiral type)의 나노 여과막으로 구성된 모듈에 순환시켜 투과수와 농축수로 분리하는 단계;
를 포함하고,
상기 투과수는 리튬 이온을 포함하고, 상기 농축수는 망간 이온을 포함하는 것인 양극 활물질 스크랩으로부터 자원을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 망간계 양극 활물질 스크랩은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 것인 양극 활물질 스크랩으로부터 자원을 회수하는 방법:

상기 화학식 1에서,
1≤n≤1.33, 0≤x≤0.33, n≤1+x이다.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질 스크랩을 산에 투입하여 침출수를 수득하는 단계;에서,
상기 산은 염산인 것인 양극 활물질 스크랩으로부터 자원을 회수하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 염산의 농도는 20 내지 30%인 것인 양극 활물질 스크랩으로부터 자원을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질 스크랩을 산에 투입하여 침출수를 수득하는 단계;는, 60 내지 80℃에서 수행되는 것인 양극 활물질 스크랩으로부터 자원을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질 스크랩을 산에 투입하여 침출수를 수득하는 단계;는, 1 내지 3시간 동안 수행되는 것인 양극 활물질 스크랩으로부터 자원을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질 스크랩을 산에 투입하여 침출수를 수득하는 단계;에서, 광액 농도(양극 활물질 스크랩의 무게/산의 부피, g/L)는 50 내지 150 g/L인 것인 양극 활물질 스크랩으로부터 자원을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 침출수를 중화시키는 단계;를 통해, 상기 침출수의 pH가 4 내지 5로 되는 것인 양극 활물질 스크랩으로부터 자원을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 침출수를 중화시키는 단계;는, Ca(OH)2, NaOH, NH4OH, CaCO3, CaO 또는 이들의 조합을 이용하는 것인 양극 활물질 스크랩으로부터 자원을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중화된 침출수를 와권형 타입(spiral type)의 나노 여과막으로 구성된 모듈에 순환시켜 투과수와 농축수로 분리하는 단계;는 반복적으로 1회 이상 수행되는 것인 양극 활물질 스크랩으로부터 자원을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 나노 여과막은 공극의 크기가 1nm 이하인 것인 양극 활물질 스크랩으로부터 자원을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 망간계 양극 활물질은 스피넬형 망간계 양극 활물질인 것인 양극 활물질 스크랩으로부터 자원을 회수하는 방법.
