Claims (5)
- 입력전류를 센싱하며 과전류 검출시 고장신호를 출력하는 검출부(200);
상기 고장신호에서 노이즈를 걸러내고 엣지트리거에 의해 검출부(200)의 고장신호를 인지하며 리셋신호의 입력전까지 상태를 유지하는 래치부(300); 및
상기 래치부(300)의 고장신호 인지시 PWM IC(500)를 오프제어하고, 일정시간이 흐른 뒤 래치부(300)를 리셋하며 PWM IC(500)를 온제어하는 제어부(400);를 포함하는 DC-DC컨버터의 고장검출 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제어부(400)는 PWM IC(500)에 오프요청을 전달하는 요청부(440) 및 래치부(300)의 고장신호 인지시 요청부(440)의 오프요청수행을 제어하고 일정시간이 흐른 후 래치부(300)를 리셋하며 요청부(440)의 오프요청해제를 제어하는 마이컴(420)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC컨버터의 고장검출 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 PWM IC(500)는 DC-DC 컨버터의 전력변환을 위해 PWM 타입의 게이팅 신호 인가를 위한 아날로그전용 IC인 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC컨버터의 고장검출 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 일정시간은 PWM IC(500)의 전력소자(FET)가 냉각될 수 있는 시간으로 미리 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC컨버터의 고장검출 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제어부(400)는 일정횟수 리트라이를 시도하고, 리트라이 후에도 과전류가 감지된 경우 고장 확정신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC컨버터의 고장검출 시스템.
