Claims (10)
- 케이스의 음향홀에 부착되는 방수통음시트에 있어서,
필름형의 다공성 부재로 형성되며, 상기 케이스의 내부측으로 형성되는 지지층; 및
상기 지지층의 일면에 형성되며, 복수개의 미세 섬유 가닥이 교차 적층된 다공성 나노 웹으로 형성되고, 상기 케이스에 있어서 외부측으로 노출되는 방수층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수통음시트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 지지층은 부직포 또는 메시층으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수통음시트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 방수층은 고분자 물질을 상기 지지층에 전기방사하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방수통음시트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 방수층은 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드(PVDF; Polyinylidene difluoride)를 포함하는 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수통음시트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
필름형의 다공성 부재로 형성되며, 상기 방수층에서 상기 지지층이 형성된 면의 반대면에 형성되어, 상기 케이스에 있어서 외부측으로 노출되는 외부 지지층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수통음시트. - 필름형의 다공성 부재로 형성되는 지지층을 준비하는 단계;
고분자 물질로 형성되는 방사용액을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 방사용액을 상기 지지층의 일면에 전기방사하여, 방수층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 방수층은 복수개의 미세 섬유 가닥이 교차 적층된 다공성 나노 웹으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수통음시트의 제조 방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 지지층은 부직포 또는 메시층으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수통음시트의 제조 방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 고분자 물질은 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드(PVDF; Polyinylidene difluoride)를 포함하는 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수통음시트의 제조 방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 방수층을 형성하는 단계 이후에,
상기 방수층에서 상기 지지층이 형성된 면의 반대면에 필름형의 다공성 부재로 형성되는 외부 지지층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수통음시트의 제조 방법. - 케이스의 일측에 음향홀을 구비하는 전자기기에 있어서,
상기 청구항 1 내지 5 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방수통음시트가 상기 음향홀에 부착되며, 상기 지지층이 상기 케이스의 내부측으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기.
