Claims (10)
- 표시장치용 커버 유리이며,
상기 커버 유리는 유리판의 표면층에서, Na이온을, K이온으로 치환하는 이온 교환에 의해 제조된 화학 강화 유리로 이루어지고,
압축 응력층이 형성된 유리 주 표면부 및 압축 응력층이 형성되어 있는 영역 및 압축 응력층이 형성되어 있지 않은 영역으로 구성되는 유리 단면부를 갖고,
상기 압축 응력층의 깊이가 6~15μm,
동심원 굽힘 시험에 의한 파괴 응력을 JIS R1625(1996)에 따라서 처리했을 때의 형상모수가 7 이상 또한 누적 파괴 확률 1%가 되는 강도가 450MPa 이상이며,
이온 교환 전의 유리판이, 소다 라임 유리이며, 실질적으로 질량%로, SiO2:65~75%, Na2O+K2O:5~20%, CaO:2~15%, MgO:0~10%, Al2O3:0~5%로 이루어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 표시장치용 커버 유리. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
유리 주 표면부의 표면 압축 응력치가 450MPa 이상인, 표시장치용 커버 유리. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 이온 교환은, Na이온 및 K이온을 포함하고, Na이온의 몰량 및 K이온의 몰량의 합계에 대한 Na이온의 몰량의 비율 P(mol%)를 갖는 제1의 염에 유리판을 접촉시키는 제1의 공정과,
상기 제1의 공정 후에, 상기 비율 P보다 작은 비율 Q(mol%)를 갖는 제2의 염에 유리판을 접촉시키는 제2의 공정을 포함하는 표시장치용 커버 유리. - 표시장치용 커버 유리의 유리판이며,
상기 유리판은 유리판의 표면층에서, Na이온을, K이온으로 치환하는 이온 교환에 의해 제조된 화학 강화 유리로 이루어지고,
압축 응력층의 깊이가 6~15μm,
동심원 굽힘 시험에 의한 파괴 응력을 JIS R1625(1996)에 따라서 처리했을 때의 형상모수가 7 이상 또한 누적 파괴 확률 1%가 되는 강도가 450MPa 이상이며,

상기 제조 방법은 유리판의 표면층의 Na이온을 K이온으로 이온 교환하는 공정과, 유리판을 절단하는 공정을 갖고,
상기 이온 교환은, Na이온 및 K이온을 포함하고, Na이온의 몰량 및 K이온의 몰량의 합계에 대한 Na이온의 몰량의 비율 P(mol%)를 갖는 제1의 염에 유리판을 접촉시키는 제1의 공정과,
상기 제1의 공정 후에, 상기 비율 P보다 작은 비율 Q(mol%)를 갖는 제2의 염에 유리판을 접촉시키는 제2의 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치용 커버 유리의 제조 방법. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 제1의 공정 후에 유리 표면에 형성되어 있는 압축 응력층의 깊이가 5~23μm인, 표시장치용 커버 유리의 제조 방법. - 청구항 5 또는 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 비율 P가 20~40mol%인, 표시장치용 커버 유리의 제조 방법. - 청구항 5 내지 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 비율 Q가 0~2mol%인, 표시장치용 커버 유리의 제조 방법. - 청구항 5 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1의 염의 온도가, 이온 교환 전의 유리판의 변형점의 0.8배~1.05배인, 표시장치용 커버 유리의 제조 방법. - 청구항 5 내지 청구항 9 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2의 염의 온도가, 상기 제1의 염의 온도보다도 저온인, 표시장치용 커버 유리의 제조 방법.
