Claims (6)
- 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 레진조성물 및 전도성 충전재를 함유하는 연료전지 분리판용 복합재료 조성물로서,
상기 레진 조성물은, 에폭시 수지; 및 산무수물 경화제를 포함하며,
상기 전도성 충전재는 탄소 또는 흑연인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 레진조성물 및 전도성 충전재를 함유하는 연료전지 분리판용 복합재료 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 레진조성물은 경화촉진제를 더 포함하며, 상기 레진조성물과 전도성 충전제의 무게함량은 각각 5 wt% ∼ 20 wt%, 80 wt% ∼ 95 wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 분리판용 복합재료 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시 수지는, 비스페놀 A형계, 비스페놀-노볼락계, 다관능 노볼락계, 비스페놀 A 노볼락계, 비스페놀 F형계, 페놀 노볼락계, 나프탈렌계, 크레졸 노볼락계 및 불소계 에폭시 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 포함하며,
상기 경화 촉진제는 아민계 경화제, 트리페닐포스핀 및 이미다졸계로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 분리판용 복합재료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 레진조성물은,
크레졸 노볼락 에폭시 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 산무수물 경화제 70 내지 80 중량부, 경화촉진제 5 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 분리판용 복합재료 조성물. - 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 연료전지 분리판용 복합재료 조성물을 포함하는 연료전지 분리판.
