Claims (14)
- 투명기판; 및
상기 투명기판의 가장자리에 형성되는 백색층과, 상기 백색층의 상부에 형성되는 차광층을 구비하는 베젤부;
를 포함하는 터치 패널.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 차광층은 은백색의 금속 또는 합금으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 차광층은 티탄계 산화물(TiO2), 알미늄계 산화물(Al2O3), 규소계 산화물(SiO2) 중 어느 하나 또는 이들의 조합으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 차광층은 두께가 0.1 ~ 1㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 차광층은 두께가 250 ~ 400nm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 차광층은 절연층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 차광층은 기상 증착법, 원자층 증착법, 및 졸겔(Solgel)법 중 어느 하나로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 백색층은 티탄계 산화물(TiO2), 알미늄계 산화물(Al2O3), 마그네슘계 산화물(MgO), 나트륨계 산화물(Na2O), 리튬계 산화물(Li2O), 벨릴리윰계 산화물(BeO), 규소계 산화물(SiO2), 마그네슘계 황화물(MgS), MgF2, MgCo3, ZnO, ZnS, KNO3, KCl, KOH, Ga2O3, RbCl, RbF, BaTiO3, BaSO4, BaCl2, BaO, Ba(NO3)2, BaCO3, BaOH, BaB2O4, SrTiO3, SrCl2, SrO, Y2O3, YCl3, YF3, ZrO2, ZrCl4, ZrF4, Nb2O5, NbOCl3, Mo(CO)6, CdCl2, InCl3, SnO2, Sb2O3, CsI, CsCl, CsF, Ta2O5, TaCl5 또는 TaF5 중 어느 하나 또는 이들의 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 백색층은 스핀 코팅(Spin Coating), 롤 코팅(Roll Coating), 슬롯 코팅(Slot Coating) 중 어느 하나로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 베젤부는 두께가 10㎛보다 얇게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널.
- (A) 투명기판을 마련하는 단계;
(B) 상기 투명기판의 가장자리에 백색층을 형성하는 단계; 및
(C) 상기 백색층의 상부에 차광층을 도포하는 단계;
를 포함하는 터치 패널의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 (B)단계에서 상기 백색층을 스핀 코팅(Spin Coating), 롤 코팅(Roll Coating), 슬롯 코팅(Slot Coating) 중 어느 하나의 방법으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 (C)단계에서 상기 차광층을 기상 증착법, 원자층 증착법, 및 졸겔(Solgel)법 중 어느 하나의 방법으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 (C)단계에서 상기 차광층이 표면조도를 갖도록 패턴(Pattern) 처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널의 제조 방법.
