Claims (9)
- 폴리올레핀을 주성분으로 하는 기재 다공질 필름의 편면 또는 양면에 바인더 수지 및 필러를 함유하는 내열층이 적층된 적층 다공질 필름으로서,
바인더 수지 및 필러의 적어도 일방의 존재 부분이, 상기 기재 다공질 필름 내부에, 상기 내열층과 접촉하도록 형성되고, 또한 상기 존재 부분의 합계 두께가 기재 다공질 필름 전체 두께의 1 % 이상 20 % 이하인, 적층 다공질 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기재 다공질 필름과 상기 내열층의 계면을 기준으로 한, 상기 바인더 수지 및 필러의 적어도 일방의 존재 부분의 두께가, 기재 다공질 필름 전체 두께의 1 % 이상 10 % 이하인, 적층 다공질 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 기재 다공질 필름 내부에 있어서의 바인더 수지 및 필러가 실질적으로 존재하지 않는 부분의 두께가 7 ㎛ 이상인, 적층 다공질 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 바인더 수지가 수용성 폴리머인, 적층 다공질 필름. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 바인더 수지가 셀룰로오스에테르인, 적층 다공질 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 필러가 무기 필러인, 적층 다공질 필름. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 무기 필러가 알루미나인, 적층 다공질 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 내열층을 구성하는 바인더 수지, 필러 및 용매를 함유하고, 또한 폴리에틸렌 시트와의 접촉각이 60°이상인 도공 슬러리를, 상기 도공 슬러리와의 접촉각이 65°이하가 되도록 표면 처리한 상기 기재 다공질 필름의 표면에 도공하고, 용매를 제거함으로써 얻어지는, 적층 다공질 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 적층 다공질 필름을 세퍼레이터로서 포함하는, 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
