Claims (8)
- 차량 주행용 동력을 발생하는 복수의 회전 전기(electric machine)와,
상기 복수의 회전 전기의 각각의 통전을 제어하는 복수의 통전 제어 수단과,
상기 복수의 통전 제어 수단의 각각의 온도에 관한 상태량을 파악하는 상태량 파악 수단과,
상기 회전 전기의 통전 상태에서 회전 정지 또는 회전 속도가 정해진 속도 이하가 되는 스톨(stall) 상태의 유무를 검지하는 스톨 상태 검지 수단, 그리고
상기 스톨 상태 검지 수단에 의해 상기 스톨 상태가 검지된 상기 회전 전기에 대하여 상기 상태량 파악 수단에 의해 파악된 상기 상태량이 정해진 임계치를 초과한 경우에, 상기 스톨 상태가 검지된 상기 회전 전기에 대한 통전을, 상기 복수의 회전 전기 중 상기 스톨 상태 검지 수단에 의해 상기 스톨 상태가 검지되지 않은 다른 회전 전기에 대한 통전으로 전환하는 제어 수단
을 포함하며, 상기 제어 수단은, 상기 스톨 상태 검지 수단에 의해 상기 스톨 상태가 검지된 상기 회전 전기의 출력 저하분과, 상기 스톨 상태 검지 수단에 의해 상기 스톨 상태가 검지되지 않은 상기 다른 회전 전기의 출력 증가분을, 동일하게 하여 통전을 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 차량의 제어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은, 상기 스톨 상태 검지 수단에 의해 상기 스톨 상태가 검지되어 있는 경우에, 통전을 반복 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은, 상기 스톨 상태 검지 수단에 의해 상기 스톨 상태가 검지되고, 또한 상기 상태량 파악 수단에 의해 파악된 상기 상태량이 정해진 임계치를 초과한 것에 따라 통전을 정지한 상기 회전 전기에 대하여 통전을 재개할 때에, 전회(前回)의 통전상(通電相)과는 상이한 통전상으로 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 운전자의 요구 구동력을 검출하는 요구 구동력 검출 수단을 더 포함하고,
상기 제어 수단은, 상기 스톨 상태 검지 수단에 의해 상기 스톨 상태가 검지되어 있는 상태에서 상기 요구 구동력 검출 수단에 의해 정해진 값 이상의 상기 요구 구동력이 검출된 경우에는, 상기 복수의 회전 전기 중 상기 스톨 상태 검지 수단에 의해 상기 스톨 상태가 검지되지 않은 상기 다른 회전 전기로부터 상기 요구 구동력에 따른 동력을 출력시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 차량의 제어 장치. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 회전 전기는, 서로의 회전축이 원웨이 클러치에 의해 연결된 제1 회전 전기 및 제2 회전 전기를 포함하며,
상기 제2 회전 전기의 상기 회전축은 구동륜에 연결되고,
상기 원웨이 클러치는, 상기 제1 회전 전기의 정회전시에 상기 제2 회전 전기를 정회전시키는 구동력을 상기 제1 회전 전기로부터 상기 제2 회전 전기에 전달하며, 상기 제1 회전 전기의 역회전시에 상기 제2 회전 전기에 대하여 상기 제1 회전 전기를 공회전시키도록 상기 제1 회전 전기로부터 상기 제2 회전 전기로의 구동력의 전달을 차단하고,
상기 제어 수단은, 상기 스톨 상태 검지 수단에 의해 상기 스톨 상태가 검지되며, 또한 상기 상태량 파악 수단에 의해 파악된 상기 상태량이 정해진 임계치를 초과한 것에 따라 통전을 정지한 상기 제1 회전 전기에 대하여 통전을 재개할 때에, 상기 제1 회전 전기를 역회전시켜 전회의 통전상과는 상이한 통전상으로 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 차량의 제어 장치. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 회전 전기의 상기 회전축 및 상기 제2 회전 전기의 상기 회전축은, 동축심에 배치된 내주측 구동축 및 외주측 구동축의 어느 한쪽 및 다른쪽을 이루고,
상기 원웨이 클러치는, 상기 내주측 구동축과 상기 외주측 구동축 사이의 동력 전달 경로 상에서 상기 제1 회전 전기와 상기 제2 회전 전기 사이에 있어서, 상기 제1 회전 전기의 스테이터 및 상기 제2 회전 전기의 스테이터 중 적어도 어느 일부와 축방향에서 오버랩되도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 차량의 제어 장치. - 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1 회전 전기의 상기 회전축은 클러치를 통해 내연 기관의 크랭크축에 연결되며,
상기 제어 수단은, 상기 제1 회전 전기의 역회전에 의한 역행(力行) 운전시에 발생하는 구동력에 의해 상기 내연 기관을 구동하는 경우, 또는 상기 내연 기관의 운전시에 발생하는 구동력에 의해 상기 제1 회전 전기를 역회전에 의해 구동하는 발전 운전의 경우에는, 상기 클러치를 접속 상태로 하고,
상기 스톨 상태 검지 수단에 의해 상기 스톨 상태가 검지되며, 또한 상기 상태량 파악 수단에 의해 파악된 상기 상태량이 정해진 임계치를 초과한 것에 따라 통전을 정지한 상기 제1 회전 전기에 대하여 통전을 재개할 때에, 상기 제1 회전 전기를 역회전시켜 전회의 통전상과는 상이한 통전상으로 전환하는 경우에는, 상기 클러치를 분리 상태로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 차량의 제어 장치. - 차량 주행용 동력을 발생하는 복수의 회전 전기와,
상기 복수의 회전 전기의 각각의 통전을 제어하는 복수의 통전 제어 수단과,
상기 복수의 통전 제어 수단의 각각의 온도에 관한 상태량을 파악하는 상태량 파악 수단과,
상기 회전 전기의 통전 상태에서 회전 정지 또는 회전 속도가 정해진 속도 이하가 되는 스톨 상태의 유무를 검지하는 스톨 상태 검지 수단과, 그리고
상기 스톨 상태 검지 수단에 의해 상기 스톨 상태가 검지된 상기 회전 전기에 대하여 상기 상태량 파악 수단에 의해 파악된 상기 상태량이 정해진 임계치를 초과한 경우에, 상기 스톨 상태가 검지된 상기 회전 전기에 대한 통전을, 상기 복수의 회전 전기 중 상기 스톨 상태 검지 수단에 의해 상기 스톨 상태가 검지되지 않은 다른 회전 전기에 대한 통전으로 전환하는 제어 수단
을 포함하는 전동 차량의 제어 방법으로서,
상기 스톨 상태 검지 수단에 의해 상기 스톨 상태가 검지된 상기 회전 전기의 출력 저하분과, 상기 스톨 상태 검지 수단에 의해 상기 스톨 상태가 검지되지 않은 상기 다른 회전 전기의 출력 증가분을, 동일하게 하여 통전을 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 차량의 제어 방법.
