Abstract
(i) - 지방족 케톤, 지환족 케톤, 지환족 에스테르, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 액체 매질, 및 - 비닐리덴 플루오라이드(VDF)로부터 유도된 반복단위, 헥사플루오로프로필렌(HFP)으로부터 유도된 반복단위, 및 하기 화학식(I)을 갖는 적어도 1종의 (메트)아크릴 단량체(MA)로부터 유도된 반복단위를 포함하는 적어도 1종의 불소화 중합체[중합체(F)]
(화학식에서, - 서로 동일하거나 상이한 R1, R2 및 R3은 독립적으로 수소 원자 및 C1-C3 탄화수소기 중에서 선택되고, - Rx는 수소 원자이거나, 또는 하이드록실기, 카복실기, 에폭사이드기, 에스테르기 및 에테르기 중에서 선택된 적어도 1개의 관능기를 포함하는 C1-C5 탄화수소 모이어티임)를 포함한 액체 조성물을 제조하는 단계; 및 (ii) 상기 액체 조성물을 가공처리하여 막을 제공하는 단계를 포함한다.

Claims (10)
- (i) - 지방족 케톤, 지환족 케톤, 지환족 에스테르, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 액체 매질, 및
- 비닐리덴 플루오라이드(VDF)로부터 유도된 반복단위, 헥사플루오로프로필렌(HFP)으로부터 유도된 반복단위, 및 하기 화학식(I)을 갖는 적어도 1종의 (메트)아크릴 단량체(MA)로부터 유도된 반복단위를 포함하는 적어도 1종의 불소화 중합체[중합체(F)]
를 포함한 액체 조성물을 제조하는 단계; 및
(화학식에서,
- 서로 동일하거나 상이한 R1, R2 및 R3은 독립적으로 수소 원자 및 C1-C3 탄화수소기 중에서 선택되고,
- Rx는 수소 원자이거나, 또는 하이드록실기, 카복실기, 에폭사이드기, 에스테르기 및 에테르기 중에서 선택된 적어도 1개의 관능기를 포함하는 C1-C5 탄화수소 모이어티임)
(ii) 상기 액체 조성물을 가공처리하여 막을 제공하는 단계
를 포함하는 이차 전지 구성요소의 제조 방법이며,
중합체(F)는 헥사플루오로프로필렌(HFP)으로부터 유도된 반복단위를 1.5 몰% 내지 3.5 몰% 포함하는 것인, 이차 전지 구성요소의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 중합체(F)는 화학식(I)을 갖는 적어도 1종의 (메트)아크릴 단량체(MA)로부터 유도된 반복단위를 0.1 몰% 내지 5 몰% 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, (메트)아크릴 단량체(MA)는 아크릴산 또는 하이드록시에틸 아크릴레이트인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 중합체(F)는
- 헥사플루오로프로필렌(HFP)으로부터 유도된 반복단위 1.5 몰% 내지 3.5 몰%, 및
- 화학식(III)을 갖는 적어도 1종의 (메트)아크릴 단량체(MA)로부터 유도된 반복단위 0.5 몰% 내지 1.5 몰%
를 포함하며,
총 반복단위 100 몰%의 나머지는 비닐리덴 플루오라이드(VDF)로부터 유도된 반복단위로 이루어진 불소화 중합체[중합체(F3)]인 방법. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 조성물은 분말형 전극물질 및 선택적으로 1종 이상의 첨가제를 더 포함하는 전극-형성 조성물이며, 이는 금속 기재 상부에 막을 코팅 및 건조시킴으로써 이차 전지에 사용하기에 적합한 전극을 제공하도록 가공처리되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (ii) 단계로부터 수득된 막을 조사(irradiation) 기법, 막팽창 기법, 템플레이트 리칭(template leaching) 기법, 용액침전 기법 중 하나 이상의 기법을 통해 추가로 가공처리하여 이차 전지에 사용하기에 적합한 다공성 세퍼레이터를 제공하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (ii) 단계로부터 수득된 막을 주조 기법 및/또는 용융성형 기법을 통해 추가로 가공처리하여 이차 전지에 사용하기에 적합한 치밀한 세퍼레이터를 제공하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (ii) 단계로부터 수득된 막을 세퍼레이터 상부에 코팅 및 건조시킴으로써 추가로 가공처리하여 이차 전지에 사용하기에 적합한 복합 세퍼레이터를 제공하는 것인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 복합 세퍼레이터는 (ii) 단계로부터 수득된 막을, 바람직하게는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 폴리올레핀으로 만들어진 세퍼레이터 상부에 코팅 및 건조시킴으로써 수득되는 것인 방법.
