Claims (14)
- 배터리(300)의 과냉/과열시 배터리(300)를 가열/냉각하는 펠티어장치(400)와 라디에이터(100)를 순환하는 제1냉각유로(600);
제1냉각유로(600)와 병렬로 연결되며, 배터리(300)를 충전하는 충전기(220)를 순환하는 제2냉각유로(620);
각 냉각유로(600,620)의 분기점에서 유로의 개폐를 제어하는 개폐밸브(720);
냉매의 순환을 제어하는 냉매펌프(900); 및
차량의 주차 또는 충전중 개폐밸브(720) 및 냉매펌프(900)의 제어를 통하여 배터리(300)의 과냉/과열에 따라 냉매가 펠티어장치(400)와 제1냉각유로(600) 또는 제2냉각유로(620)를 순환하도록 하는 제어기(1000);를 포함하는 배터리 관리시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제어기는 배터리(300)가 과냉인 경우 냉매가 제1냉각유로(600) 또는 제2냉각유로(620) 중 온도가 높은 측의 유로와 펠티어장치(400)를 순환하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제어기는 배터리(300)가 과열인 경우 냉매가 제1냉각유로(600) 또는 제2냉각유로(620) 중 온도가 낮은 측의 유로와 펠티어장치(400)를 순환하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제어기는 배터리(300)의 과열시 차량이 충전상태라면 냉매가 라디에이터(100), 펠티어장치(400) 및 충전기를 모두 순환하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 펠티어장치(400)에는 배터리(300)측으로 작동팬(420)이 구비되고, 상기 제어기(1000)는 펠티어장치(400)의 고장시 냉매펌프(900)와 작동팬(420)의 작동을 최대로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 라디에이터(100)에는 쿨링팬(120)이 구비되고, 상기 제어기(1000)는 배터리(300)가 과열되고 동시에 펠티어장치(400)가 고장난 경우 냉매펌프(900)와 쿨링팬(120)의 작동을 최대로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리시스템. - 청구항 1의 배터리 관리시스템을 이용한 배터리 관리방법으로서,
차량이 주차 또는 충전중인지를 판단하는 판단단계(S10);
배터리의 온도를 체크하는 체크단계(S200); 및
차량의 주차 또는 충전중인 경우 배터리의 과냉/과열에 따라 냉매가 펠티어장치와 제1냉각유로 또는 제2냉각유로를 순환하도록 개폐밸브 및 냉매펌프를 제어하는 순환단계(S1000);를 포함하는 배터리 관리방법. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 순환단계(S1000)는 배터리가 과냉인 경우 냉매가 제1냉각유로 또는 제2냉각유로 중 온도가 높은 측의 유로와 펠티어장치를 순환하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리방법. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 순환단계(S1000)는 배터리가 과열인 경우 냉매가 제1냉각유로 또는 제2냉각유로 중 온도가 낮은 측의 유로와 펠티어장치를 순환하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리방법. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 순환단계(S1000)는, 배터리가 과냉이고 충전 중인 경우 냉매가 충전기와 펠티어장치를 순환하도록 개폐밸브를 제어하는 가열단계(S300); 및 배터리가 과열인 경우 냉매가 라디에이터와 펠티어장치를 순환하도록 개폐밸브를 제어하는 냉각단계(S400);를 포함하는 배터리 관리방법. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 냉각단계(S400)는, 상기 제어기는 배터리의 과열시 차량이 충전상태라면 냉매가 라디에이터, 펠티어장치 및 충전기를 모두 순환하도록 개폐밸브를 제어하는 2차냉각단계(S500);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리방법. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 펠티어장치의 고장시 펠티어장치에 배터리측으로 구비된 작동팬과 냉매펌프를 최대로 제어하는 안전단계(S600);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리방법. - 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 안전단계(S600)는, 펠티어장치가 고장난 상태에서 배터리가 과열된 경우 작동팬 및 냉매펌프와 라디에이터에 구비된 쿨링팬을 최대로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리방법. - 라디에이터, 충전기 및 배터리를 가열/냉각하는 펠티어장치를 각각 병렬로 연결하는 냉각유로의 유로를 제어함으로써 배터리를 관리하는 배터리 관리방법으로써, 차량의 주차 또는 충전 중 배터리의 과냉/과열에 따라 냉매가 펠티어장치와 제1냉각유로 또는 제2냉각유로를 순환하도록 개폐밸브 및 냉매펌프를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 관리방법.
