Claims (4)
- 走行用のモータに供給するための電力を蓄えるバッテリと、
前記バッテリを充電する際に電流が流れる部品に対して過熱保護制御を実施する制御部と、
を備え、
外部電源からの電力を前記バッテリに充電することが可能な車両の制御装置であって、
前記制御部は、
前記外部電源からの電力を前記バッテリに充電する充電モード時に前記車両が走行中の場合には、前記過熱保護制御の対象を、前記充電モード時にのみに通電される第1部品群と、前記車両が走行中のみに通電される第2部品群と、前記充電モード時および前記走行中に通電される第3部品群とに設定し、
前記充電モード時に前記車両が停車中の場合には、前記過熱保護制御の対象を前記第1部品群と前記第3部品群とに設定し、
前記充電モードではない時に前記車両が走行中の場合には、前記過熱保護制御の対象を前記第2部品群と前記第3部品群とに設定し、
前記充電モードではない時に前記車両が停車中の場合には、前記過熱保護制御を行わない
ことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記外部電源と接続する充電口と、
前記バッテリと前記モータとの間に設けられたインバータと、
前記インバータと前記バッテリとの間に設けられた第1リレー部と、
前記充電口と前記バッテリとの間に設けられた第2リレー部と、をさらに備え、
前記第1部品群は、前記充電口と、前記第2リレー部と、を含み、
前記第2部品群は、前記モータと、前記インバータと、を含み、
前記第3部品群は、前記第1リレー部を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記第3部品群は、前記第1リレー部と前記バッテリとの間に設けられた電流センサをさらに含み、
前記過熱保護制御は、前記電流センサにより検出した電流値を用いて算出した評価値が所定値以上の場合に前記バッテリへの電力の入力および出力を制限する制御であり、
前記評価値は、前記電流値が大きい値であるほど大きな値となる
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記第1リレー部は、充電モード中または前記車両が走行中に、前記バッテリと前記モータとの間を導通可能に接続し、
前記充電口は、前記第1リレー部と前記インバータとの間に設けられた接続点に、前記第2リレー部を介して接続されており、
前記第2リレー部は、充電モード中に、前記充電口と前記バッテリとの間を導通可能に接続し、充電モードではない時には前記充電口と前記バッテリとの間を導通不能に切断する
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の車両の制御装置。
