Claims (20)
- 음극활물질을 포함하는 음극활물질층;
상기 음극활물질층의 양극과 대향하는 일면 상에 배치되는 제 1 보호층; 및
상기 제 1 보호층 상에 배치되는 제 2 보호층;을 포함하며,
상기 제 1 보호층이 20℃에서 5cps 이하의 점도를 가지는 액체전해질을 포함하며, 상기 제 2 보호층이 이온전도성 고체전해질막을 포함하는 리튬전지용 음극. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액체전해질에 포함된 리튬염의 음이온 이온반경이 0.5nm 이상인 리튬공기전지용 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액체전해질에 포함된 리튬염이 리튬술폰이미드계 화합물을 포함하는 리튬공기전지용 음극.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬술폰이미드계 화합물이 리튬플루오로알킬술폰이미드, 리튬플루오로아릴술폰이미드, 리튬플루오로알킬아릴술폰이미드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 리튬공기전지용 음극.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬술폰이미드계 화합물이 Li(FSO2)2N, Li(CF3SO2)2N, Li(C2F5SO2)2N, LiN(CpF2p+1SO2)(CqF2q+1SO2) (p와 q는 서로 다르며, p 및 q는 서로 독립적으로 1 내지 20의 정수), LiN((SO2)2CpF2p) (p는 1 내지 10의 정수), Li(C6F5SO2)2N, Li(C10F7SO2)2N, Li(C6F5SO2)(C10F7SO2)N, LiN(C6F5SO2)(CpF2p+1SO2) (p는 1 내지 10의 정수) 및 LiN(C10F7SO2)(CpF2p+1SO2) (p는 1 내지 10의 정수) 로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 리튬공기전지용 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액체전해질에 포함된 리튬염의 농도가 0.001M 내지 3M 인 리튬공기전지용 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액체전해질에 포함된 용매의 분자량이 30g/mol 내지 500g/mol 인 리튬공기전지용 음극.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액체전해질이 디메틸 카보네이트, 디에틸 카보네이트, 에틸메틸 카보네이트, 디프로필 카보네이트, 메틸프로필 카보네이트, 에틸프로필 카보네이트, 에틸렌 카보네이트, 프로필렌 카보네이트, 부틸렌 카보네이트, 메틸 아세테이트, 에틸 아세테이트, n-프로필 아세테이트, 디메틸아세테이트, 메틸프로피오네이트, 에틸프로피오네이트, γ-부티로락톤, 데카놀라이드(decanolide), 발레로락톤, 메발로노락톤(mevalonolactone), 카프로락톤(caprolactone), 디부틸 에테르, 테트라글라임, 디글라임, 폴리에틸렌글리콜디메틸에테르, 디메톡시에탄, 2-메틸테트라하이드로퓨란, 2,2-디메틸테트라하이드로퓨란, 2,5-디메틸테트라하이드로퓨란, 테트라하이드로퓨란, 시클로헥사논, 트리에틸아민, 트리페닐아민, 트리에텔포스핀옥사이드, 아세토니트릴, 디메틸포름아미드, 1,3-디옥솔란, 설포란(sulfolane), 트리글라임, 메틸부틸 에테르, 에틸 부틸 에테르로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 용매를 포함하는 리튬공기전지용 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액체전해질의 전도도가 0.01 S/m 이상인 리튬공기전지용 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 보호층이 세퍼레이터를 추가적으로 포함하는 리튬공기전지용 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극활물질층이 리튬금속, 리튬금속 기반의 합금, 또는 리튬 삽입 화합물 (lithium intercalating compound)을 포함하는 것인 리튬공기전지용 음극.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 음극;
상기 음극과 이격되어 배치되며 산소를 양극활물질로 사용하는 양극; 및
상기 양극과 음극 사이에 개재된 액체전해질을 포함하는 리튬공기전지. - 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 음극과 양극 사이에 세퍼레이터를 추가적으로 포함하는 리튬공기전지.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 양극이 도전성 재료를 포함하는 리튬공기전지.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 재료가 다공성 탄소계 재료를 포함하는 리튬공기전지.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 양극이 산소 산화/환원 촉매를 더 포함하는 리튬공기전지.
