Claims (14)
- 하기를 포함하는 네마틱 상 및 음의 유전 이방성을 갖는 액정 매질:
a) 하기 화학식 I의 화합물;

R21은 1 내지 7개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 비치환된 알킬 라디칼 또는 2 내지 7개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 비치환된 알켄일 라디칼이고,
R22는 2 내지 7개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 비치환된 알켄일 라디칼이다]
c) 하기 화학식 III-1 내지 III-4의 화합물 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물

R31은 1 내지 7개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 비치환된 알킬 라디칼이고,

능동형-매트릭스 어드레싱 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이. - 전기-광학 디스플레이 또는 전기-광학 부품에서의 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 액정 매질의 용도.
- 제 1 항에 따른 화학식 I의 화합물을 제 1 항에 따른 하나 이상의 화학식 II의 화합물 및 화학식 III-1 내지 III-4의 화합물 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물과 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 매질의 제조 방법.
- 화학식 I의 화합물 및 임의적으로 명세서에 기재된 바와 같은 화학식 OH-1 내지 OH-5의 화합물 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 매질에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항에 따른 하나 이상의 화학식 II의 화합물 및 제 1 항에 따른 화학식 III-1 내지 III-4의 화합물 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 액정 매질의 안정화 방법.
