Claims (3)
- C : 0.05 내지 0.2%(질량%의 의미. 이하, 화학 성분 조성에 대하여 동일함), Si : 0.1 내지 1%, Mn : 0.1 내지 2.5%, Cu : 1 내지 4%, Ni : 7 내지 12%, Cr : 16 내지 20%, Nb : 0.1 내지 0.6%, Zr : 0.05 내지 0.4%, Ce : 0.005 내지 0.1%, Ti : 0.1 내지 0.6%, B : 0.0005 내지 0.005%, N : 0.001 내지 0.15%, S : 0.005% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음) 및 P : 0.05% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음)를 각각 함유하고, 잔량부가 철 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내반복 산화 특성이 우수한 내열 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강.
- 제1항에 있어서,
하기 원소 중 적어도 하나를 더 함유하는, 내반복 산화 특성이 우수한 내열 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강.
Mo : 3% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음)
W : 5% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음)
Ca : 0.005% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음)
Mg : 0.005% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음) - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
금속 조직의 결정 입도가 ASTM 입도 번호로 6 이상, 12 미만인, 내반복 산화 특성이 우수한 내열 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강.
