도 1은 차량에서 열 에너지를 기계 에너지로 변환하기 위한 장치를 도시한 도이다.
Claims (10)
- 냉매가 순환하는 냉각 회로를 구비한 차량에서 열 에너지를 기계 에너지로 변환하기 위한 변환 시스템으로서, 도관 회로(35)와, 도관 회로에서 매체를 재순환시키기 위한 펌프(36)와, 매체가 열원(4, 28)으로부터 열 에너지를 흡수함으로써 증발되게 하는 하나 이상의 증발기(31, 32, 38)와, 기계 에너지를 생성하기 위해 증발된 매체에 의해 구동되도록 형성된 터빈(39)과, 매체가 열 에너지를 방출함으로써 응축되게 하는 콘덴서 장치(24, 42)를 포함하는, 상기 변환 시스템에 있어서,
상기 콘덴서 장치는, 매체가 상기 냉각 회로에서 순환하는 냉매로 열 에너지를 방출하게 되는 제1 콘덴서(24)와;
상기 도관 회로(35) 내에서 매체의 흐름 방향과 관련하여 상기 제1 콘덴서(24)의 하류에 위치하고, 매체가 주변 온도의 공기로 열 에너지를 방출하게 되는 제2 콘덴서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변환 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 차량은 냉각 시스템에서 순환하는 냉매로 냉각되는 연소 엔진(2)에 의해 구동되고, 상기 제1 콘덴서(24) 내에서 매체를 냉각시키는 상기 냉각 회로 내의 냉매가 엔진의 냉각 시스템에서 순환하는 냉매보다 더 낮은 온도를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 변환 시스템. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 회로가 상기 엔진(2)을 냉각하는 상기 냉각 시스템으로부터 분리된 냉각 시스템을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변환 시스템. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 회로는, 순환 냉매가 주변 온도의 공기에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 냉각되게 하는 공랭식 냉각기(19)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변환 시스템. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 회로는 상기 제1 콘덴서(24)뿐만 아니라 추가 매체를 냉각하기 위한 하나 이상의 추가 냉각기(21~23)도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변환 시스템. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 변환 시스템은 상기 제1 콘덴서(24) 내에서 매체의 냉각을 조절하기 위한 수단들(18, 26, 27)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변환 시스템. - 제2항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
매체는 상기 엔진에서 배기 도관(4) 내로 유출되는 배기 가스로부터 증발기(38) 내에서 열 에너지를 흡수하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변환 시스템. - 제2항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
매체는 복귀 도관(28) 내에서 재순환하는 배기 가스로부터 하나 이상의 증발기(31, 32) 내에서 열 에너지를 흡수하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변환 시스템. - 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
상기 차량은 상기 배기 도관(4) 내 배기 가스에 의해 구동되도록 형성된 터빈(5)을 구비하고,
당해 변환 시스템이, 상기 터빈(5)의 하류 위치에서 상기 배기 도관(4) 내의 배기 가스로부터 열 에너지를 흡수하는 하나 이상의 증발기(38)와, 상기 터빈(5)의 상류 위치에서 상기 복귀 도관(28) 내로 유입되는 재순환하는 배기 가스로부터 열 에너지를 흡수하는 하나 이상의 증발기(31, 32)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변환 시스템. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 복귀 도관(28) 내에 직렬로 배치된 2개 이상의 증발기(31, 32)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변환 시스템.
