도 6은 축들이 평면을 규정하도록 정렬된, 축을 각각 구비하는 복수의 실린더를 포함하는 캐리어를 가지는 예시적인 보강재의 배면도.
Claims (13)
- 보강재(100)로서,
실린더(120)들의 어레이를 구비하고, 구조적 부하(F)를 제공하는 구조물(115)에 배치되도록 구성된 캐리어(105)로서, 상기 실린더(120) 각각은 구조적 부하(F)와 정렬된 축(A)을 규정하고, 상기 실린더(120)에 의해 규정된 상기 축(A)들은 서로 평행하고 평면(P)을 규정하는 것인, 상기 캐리어(105); 및
상기 캐리어(105) 위에 배치되고 상기 캐리어(105)를 상기 구조물(115)에 연결하도록 구성된 본딩 물질(110)을 포함하는 보강재(100). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더(120) 각각은 실질적으로 중공이고, 상기 본딩 물질(110)은 상기 실린더(120)들 중 적어도 하나에 적어도 부분적으로 배치되는 것인 보강재(100).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실린더(120)들 중 적어도 2개는 당해 실린더들 사이에 갭(140)을 규정하고, 상기 본딩 물질(110)은 상기 갭(140)에 적어도 부분적으로 배치되는 것인 보강재(100).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 본딩 물질(110)은 상기 실린더(120)들 중 적어도 하나에 배치되는 것인 보강재(100).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 본딩 물질(110)은 상기 실린더(120)들 중 적어도 하나에 배치되고 상기 실린더(120) 전부보다 더 적은 것인 보강재(100).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 실린더(120)는 2개의 곡선 부분 단면과 2개의 직선 부분 단면을 구비하며, 상기 곡선 부분들은 서로 이격되고, 상기 직선 부분들은 실질적으로 서로 평행한 것인 보강재(100).
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 실린더(120)는 실질적으로 타원 단면 형상을 구비하고/하거나, 각 실린더(120)는 실질적으로 육각형 단면 형상을 구비하는 것인 보강재(100).
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어(105)는 플라스틱을 포함하고/하거나, 상기 캐리어(105)는 금속을 포함하는 것인 보강재(100).
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 본딩 물질(110)은 팽창 가능한 물질과 접착제 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것인 보강재(100).
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 팽창가능한 물질은 구조적 발포재와 음향 발포재 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것인 보강재(100).
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구조물(115)은 서로 이격된 적어도 2개의 측벽(130)을 포함하고, 상기 캐리어(105)는 상기 2개의 측벽(130) 사이에 배치되는 것인 보강재(100).
- 제11항에 있어서, 각 실린더(120)는 상기 2개의 측벽(130) 사이에 상기 공간(125)의 폭(W)보다 더 적은 길이(L)를 구비하는 것인 보강재(100).
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 실린더(120)들 중 적어도 하나에 배치된 고정 부재(135)를 더 포함하는 보강재(100).
