Abstract
이를 위해, 본 발명은 가솔린과 공기가 예혼합되어 실린더로 분사된 후 디젤 연료가 분사됨으로써 함께 연소하는 가솔린/디젤 연료 혼합 압축 착화 연소 엔진의 이지알 시스템에 있어서, 연료 인젝터가 설치된 복수개의 실린더 및 상기 실린더로부터 연료가 연소되어 배출되는 배기가스가 유동하는 배기라인을 포함하고, 상기 복수개의 실린더 중 어느 하나의 실린더에는 점화 플러그가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린/디젤 연료 혼합 압축 착화 연소 엔진의 EGR 제어 시스템을 제공한다.

도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 가솔린/디젤 연료 혼합 압축 착화 연소 엔진의 EGR 제어 시스템을 개략적으로 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 가솔린/디젤 연료 혼합 압축 착화 연소 엔진의 EGR 제어 방법을 나타낸 흐름도이다.

Claims (7)
- 가솔린과 공기가 예혼합되어 실린더로 분사된 후 디젤 연료가 분사됨으로써 함께 연소하는 가솔린/디젤 연료 혼합 압축 착화 연소 엔진의 이지알 제어 시스템에 있어서,
연료 인젝터가 설치된 복수개의 실린더; 및
상기 실린더로부터 연료가 연소되어 배출되는 배기가스가 유동하는 배기라인을 포함하고,
상기 복수개의 실린더 중 어느 하나의 실린더에는 점화 플러그가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린/디젤 연료 혼합 압축 착화 연소 엔진의 EGR 제어 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 점화 플러그가 설치된 실린더는 가솔린을 연소시키고, 그 외의 실린더는 가솔린/디젤 연료가 혼합 연소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린/디젤 연료 혼합 압축 착화 연소 엔진의 EGR 제어 시스템. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 점화 플러그가 설치된 실린더의 배기가스만 EGR 라인으로 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린/디젤 연료 혼합 압축 착화 연소 엔진의 EGR 제어 시스템. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 EGR 라인 도중에 바이패스 밸브가 설치되고, 상기 바이패스 밸브는 상기 점화 플러그가 설치된 실린더로부터 배출되는 배기가스를 터빈 측 또는 후처리 장치 측으로 선택적으로 배출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린/디젤 연료 혼합 압축 착화 연소 엔진의 EGR 제어 시스템. - 가솔린과 공기가 예혼합되어 실린더로 분사된 후 디젤 연료가 분사됨으로써 함께 연소하는 가솔린/디젤 연료 혼합 압축 착화 연소 엔진의 이지알 제어 방법에 있어서,
복수개의 실린더 중 점화 플러그가 설치된 실린더로부터 배기가스가 배출되는 단계(S100);
토크가 설정값 범위인지 판단하는 단계(S110); 및
상기 단계의 조건을 만족하는 경우, 바이패스 밸브를 듀티 제어하여 배기가스를 재순환시키는 단계(S120)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린/디젤 연료 혼합 압축 착화 연소 엔진의 EGR 제어 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 단계 S110의 조건을 만족하지 않는 경우, 제4 실린더에 공급되는 공기량/연료량을 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린/디젤 연료 혼합 압축 착화 연소 엔진의 EGR 제어 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 단계 이후 바이패스 밸브를 듀티 제어하여 배기가스를 터빈 또는 후처리 장치 측으로 선택적으로 배출시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린/디젤 연료 혼합 압축 착화 연소 엔진의 EGR 제어 방법.
