Description
Claims (13)
- 폴리에테르 폴리올의 제조 방법으로서, 하나 이상의 하이드록실-함유 지방산 에스테르 및/또는 하나 이상의 하이드록실-개질된 지방산 에스테르는, 2번 이상의 방법 단계(process section)에서 각각의 경우 이중 금속 시안화물 촉매를 사용하여 산화에틸렌 및 산화에틸렌과 다른 하나 이상의 추가 산화알킬렌과의 혼합물과 반응하는 것인, 폴리에테르 폴리올의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 하이드록실-함유 지방산 에스테르 및/또는 하나 이상의 하이드록실-개질된 지방산 에스테르는, 하이드록실-함유 지방, 하이드록실-함유 오일, 하이드록실-개질된 지방, 및 하이드록실-개질된 오일로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 폴리에테르 폴리올의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 방법 단계에서, 각 혼합물내 산화에틸렌과 다른 하나 이상의 추가 산화알킬렌은, 산화프로필렌, 1,2-산화부틸렌 및 2,3-산화부틸렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 폴리에테르 폴리올의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방법은 2번의 방법 단계만을 포함하는 것인, 폴리에테르 폴리올의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 방법 단계에서 산화에틸렌 및 산화에틸렌과 다른 하나 이상의 추가 산화알킬렌의 혼합물은, 산화에틸렌과 다른 추가 산화알킬렌 하나만을 포함하는 것인, 폴리에테르 폴리올의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 방법 단계에서 각 혼합물내 산화에틸렌과 다른 하나 이상의 추가 산화알킬렌이 산화프로필렌인, 폴리에테르 폴리올의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최종 방법 단계에서 산화에틸렌 및 산화에틸렌과 다른 하나 이상의 추가 산화알킬렌의 혼합물은, 혼합물에 포함되는 산화에틸렌과 다른 모든 추가 산화알킬렌의 총 질량에 대하여 산화에틸렌을 35:65 내지 75:25 범위, 바람직하게는 40:60 내지 70:30 범위의 질량 비율로 포함하는 것인, 폴리에테르 폴리올의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최종 방법 단계 이전의 방법 단계들에서 각각의 경우 산화에틸렌 및 산화에틸렌과 다른 하나 이상의 추가 산화알킬렌의 혼합물은, 혼합물에 포함되는 산화에틸렌과 다른 모든 추가 산화알킬렌의 총 질량에 대하여 산화에틸렌을 35:65 내지 1:99 범위, 바람직하게는 30:70 내지 5:95 범위의 질량 비율로 포함하는 것인, 폴리에테르 폴리올의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조될 수 있는 폴리에테르 폴리올.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르 폴리올 내의 생물계(biobased) 원료의 비율이 10 중량% 내지 40 중량%이고/이거나, 폴리에테르 폴리올의 OH가(number)가 100 내지 10 mg KOH/g이고/이거나, 폴리에테르 폴리올 내에 포함된 총 산화에틸렌 단위의 질량 비율이 포함된 총 산화알킬렌 단위를 기준으로 10 내지 35 중량%인, 폴리에테르 폴리올.
- 고체 충전된(solid-filled) 폴리에테롤의 제조 방법으로서, 제9항 또는 제10항에 따른 폴리에테롤은 거대단량체의 존재 하에 하나 이상의 불포화 단량체와 반응하는 것인, 고체 충전된 폴리에테롤의 제조 방법.
- 폴리우레탄 및/또는 폴리우레탄 제제, 특히 슬랩스톡 연질 폴리우레탄 폼 제제, 성형된 연질 폴리우레탄 폼 제제, 폴리우레탄 구두 제제 또는 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머 제제를 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조될 수 있는 폴리에테르 폴리올 및/또는 제11항에 따라 제조될 수 있는 고체 충전된 폴리에테롤의 용도.
- (a) 폴리이소시아네이트, (b) 이소시아네이트기에 대해 반응성인 2개 이상의 수소 원자를 갖는 화합물, 및 (c) 발포제의 촉매화 반응에 의한 연질 폴리우레탄 폼의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 이소시아네이트기에 대해 반응성인 2개 이상의 수소 원자를 갖는 화합물 (b)은,
(bi) 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조될 수 있는 폴리에테롤 40-100 중량부,
(bii) 표준 반응성 폴리올 0-60 중량부,
(biii) 그라프트 폴리올 0-60 중량부,
(biv) 셀 개방제(cell-opener) 폴리올 0-10 중량부, 및
(bv) 가교제 0-10 중량부
를 포함하는 것인, 연질 폴리우레탄 폼의 제조 방법.
