도 7 및 도 8은 실시예에 따른 직하 방식의 백라이트 유닛에서 확산 플레이트와 파장변환 시트를 위에서 내려다 본 모습을 도시한 평면도이고,
도 9 내지 도 10은 실시예에 따른 리플렉터를 위에서 내려다 본 모습을 도시한 평면도이고,
도 11 및 도 12는 리플렉터의 캐비티 내에 배치된 발광소자의 모습을 도시한 도면이다.

Claims (15)
- 회로 패턴이 형성된 기판과, 상기 기판 상에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 발광소자를 포함하는 발광 모듈;
상기 발광 모듈의 상부에 배치되는 확산 플레이트;
상기 발광소자의 상부면과 마주보도록 상기 확산 플레이트의 하부면 상에 배치되는 파장변환 시트를 포함하는 백라이트 유닛. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 파장변환 시트는 발광소자 각각에 대응하여 복수 개의 영역으로 나뉘어 형성된 백라이트 유닛. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기판 상에 배치되고 상기 발광소자를 둘러싸는 리플렉터를 더 포함하는 백라이트 유닛. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 리플렉터는 하부가 개방된 적어도 하나의 캐비티가 형성된 백라이트 유닛. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 리플렉터의 캐비티의 수평 단면 형상이 원형, 타원형, 또는 다각형인 백라이트 유닛. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 리플렉터의 캐비티의 측벽이, 상기 발광소자가 배치된 기판과 둔각을 이루는 경사면으로 이루어진 백라이트 유닛. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 리플렉터의 캐비티의 측벽이 기설정된 곡률을 가진 경사면으로 이루어진 백라이트 유닛. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 리플렉터의 캐비티의 측벽이 적어도 하나의 변곡점을 갖는 적어도 두 개의 경사면으로 이루어진 백라이트 유닛. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 리플렉터의 캐비티 하나에 둘 이상의 발광소자가 배치된 백라이트 유닛. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 리플렉터는 강화 유리 또는 PET로 이루어진 백라이트 유닛. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 파장변환 시트의 수평 단면 형상이 원형, 타원형, 또는 다각형인 백라이트 유닛. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 리플렉터는 인접하는 캐비티들의 측벽 상부가 서로 연결되어 일체형으로 형성된 백라이트 유닛. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기판 상에 배치되는 반사 시트를 더 포함하는 백라이트 유닛. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 발광소자는 상기 파장변환 시트와 이격되어 배치되는 백라이트 유닛. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 발광 모듈의 배면에 부착되는 방열패드를 더 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
