Claims (5)
- 바텀 커버;상기 바텀 커버 위에 부착된 방열 패드;상기 방열 패드 위에 부착된 모듈 기판 및 상기 발광 모듈 기판 위에 어레이된 발광 다이오드를 포함하는 발광 모듈;상기 바텀커버, 방열 패드, 상기 모듈 기판 하부를 일체로 체결하는 체결 수단을 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 바텀 커버, 상기 방열 패드, 상기 모듈 기판 하부에 서로 대응되게 형성된 제1구멍 및, 상기 모듈 기판 하부의 제1구멍에 형성된 나사선을 포함하며,상기 체결 수단은 나사인 백라이트 유닛.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 모듈 기판은 하부에 상기 제1구멍이 형성된 바텀측 제1방열 플레이트; 상기 제1방열 플레이트 위에 형성된 제1절연층; 상기 제1절연층 위에 형성된 동박층을 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 모듈 기판은 상기 제1구멍이 관통된 바텀측 제1방열 플레이트; 상기 제1방열 플레이트 위에 제1절연층; 상기 제1절연층 위에 교대로 적층된 적어도 하나의 제2방열 플레이트 및 제2절연층; 탑측 동박층을 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,상기 방열 플레이트는 알루미늄 재질을 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
