Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, 녹차의 새로운 생리활성 기능을 밝히면서 항암 조성물의 새로운 원천을 제시할 수 있는 가능성 및 녹차의 항암 조성물로서의 새로운 기능을 제시할 수 있는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 녹차 아세톤 추출물로부터 분리된 클로로필 a를 동정한 질량분석스펙트럼이다.
도 3은 녹차 아세톤 추출물로부터 분리된 클로로필 b를 동정한 질량분석스펙트럼이다.
도 4는 녹차 아세톤 추출물로부터 분리된 페오피틴 a를 동정한 질량분석스펙트럼이다.
도 5는 녹차 아세톤 추출물로부터 분리된 페오피틴 b를 동정한 질량분석스펙트럼이다.
도 6은 녹차로부터 분리된 클로로필류의 리놀산 산화에 따른 퍼옥시기 생성에 대한 항산화활성(A)과 저해율(B)을 나타낸 것이다.
도 7은 물/리놀산 에멀젼에서 β-카로틴 블리칭 분석법(β-carotene bleaching assay method)에 의하여 측정된 클로로필류의 항산화활성을 나타낸 것이다.
도 8은 대장 상피세포 분화에 대한 헴(heme)과 클로로필류의 영향을 나타낸 것이다.

*After incubation with different concentrations of camellia extracts and isolated pigments at 37 ℃ for 36 h, the effect on cell growth was examined by MTT assay. - 녹차로부터 분리된 클로로필류를 유효성분으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항암 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 클로로필류는 클로로필 a, b, 페오피틴 a 및 b인 것을 특징으로 하는 항암 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 클로로필류는 함량이 0.1 내지 20mg/g 범위로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 항암 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 암은 대장암인 것을 특징으로 하는 항암 조성물. - 청구항 1 내지 4 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 항의 항암 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암 개선 및 예방용 건강 보조식품.
