Mo : 0 ~ 1.0 %,
N : 0 ~ 0.01 %,
Ni : 0 ~ 2.0 %,
Nb : 0.012 ~ 0.04 %,
Ti : 0 ~ 0.40 %,
B : 0.0010 ~ 0.0050 %,
Ca : 0 ~ 0.0050 %,
잔부로서 철 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강. - 제1항에 있어서,
실리콘과 알루미늄의 총 함량은 적어도 0.5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강. - 선행 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
알루미늄 함량은 적어도 0.4 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강. - 선행 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
티타늄 함량은,
%Ti - (3.42 × %N) > 0.005 중량%의 조건을 만족하고,
여기서, %Ti는 각각의 티타늄 함량을 나타내고 %N은 각각의 질소(N) 함량을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 강. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
만약 티타늄 함량이, %Ti - (3.42 × %N) ≤ 0.005 중량%의 조건에 해당하는 경우에는,
0.0015 ≤ %N - %Ti/3.42 ≤ 0.0060 중량%의 조건을 만족하고,
여기서, %Ti는 각각의 티타늄 함량을 나타내고, %N은 각각의 질소 함량을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 강. - 강 부품을 제조하기 위한 강판 제품으로서, 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 얻어진 고강도 강으로 구성되는 적어도 하나의 영역을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판 제품.
- 제6항에 있어서,
강판 제품은 고강도 강으로 균일하게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판 제품. - 선행 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 한쪽 표면이 산화 방지 코팅으로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 강판 제품.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 얻어진 강판 제품으로 제조된 강 부품으로서, 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 얻어진 고강도 강의 영역에서 미세조직은 마르텐사이트, 오스테나이트 및 최대 20 면적%의 페라이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강 부품.
- 제9항에 있어서,
고강도 강의 영역에서 미세조직의 마르텐사이트 함량은 적어도 75 면적%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강 부품. - 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,
고강도 강의 영역에서 미세조직의 오스테나이트 함량은 적어도 2 면적%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강 부품. - 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
표면이 산화 방지 코팅으로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 강 부품. - 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 얻어진 강 부품을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서,
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 형성된 강판 제품을 제공하는 단계,
- 강판 제품을 780 ~ 950℃의 온도로 가열하는 단계,
- 강판 제품을 강 부품으로 열간 성형하는 단계,
- 강 부품을 가속 냉각하여, 냉각 후 얻어진 강 부품이 적어도 고강도 강의 영역에서 마르텐사이트, 오스테나이트 및 최대 20 면적%의 페라이트로 구성되는 미세조직를 갖도록 하는, 상기 가속 냉각 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강 부품 제조 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
강 부품의 냉각하는 동안의 냉각 속도는 적어도 25℃/s인 것을 특징으로 하는 강 부품 제조 방법.
