도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 대칭형 양방형 공진형 컨버터의 회로도이다.
도 4는 도 3에서 변압기, 커패시터들, 인덕터들에 대한 등가 회로도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 대칭형 양방형 공진형 컨버터의 회로도이다.

Claims (4)
- 입력 직류 전원을 승압 또는 강압 직류 변환하기 위한 대칭형 양방형 공진형 컨버터에 있어서,
제1 브릿지 회로와 제2 브릿지회로 사이에 결합된 제1공진회로, 변압기, 제2공진회로를 포함하고,
상기 제1 브릿지 회로의 출력 양단 사이에, 제1인덕터와 제1커패시터로 이루어진 상기 제1공진회로를 연결하되, 상기 제1인덕터, 상기 변압기의 일차측 코일, 및 상기 제1커패시터를 직렬연결시키며,
상기 제2 브릿지 회로의 입력 양단 사이에, 제2인덕터와 제2커패시터로 이루어진 상기 제2공진회로를 연결하되, 상기 제2인덕터, 상기 변압기의 이차측 코일, 및 상기 제2커패시터를 직렬연결시킨 구조를 포함하고,
상기 제1 브릿지 회로를 통해 전압방향을 일정 주기로 변화시켜 상기 제1공진회로로 입력하고, 상기 제2 브릿지 회로를 통해 정류된 공진 전압을 생성하거나, 상기 제 2브릿지 회로를 통해 전압방향을 일정 주기로 변화시켜 상기 제2공진회로로 입력하고, 상기 제1 브릿지 회로를 통해 정류된 회생전압을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대칭형 양방형 공진형 컨버터. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 브릿지 회로 또는 상기 제2 브릿지회로는 상기 주기에 동기하여 턴온 또는 턴오프하는 복수의 스위치들을 구비하는 풀 브릿지회로 또는 하프 브릿지회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 대칭형 양방형 공진형 컨버터. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 브릿지 회로와 상기 제2 브릿지회로의 스위치들을 상기 제1공진회로와 상기 제2공진회로의 공진 주파수보다 높은 주파수로 스위칭하여 상기 스위치들의 영전압 턴온을 유지함으로써 도통손실을 저감하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대칭형 양방형 공진형 컨버터. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1인덕터와 상기 제2인덕터를 상기 변압기의 내부 누설인덕턴스로 구현하여 상기 변압기 내부에 일부 또는 전체가 등가적으로 포함되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 대칭형 양방형 공진형 컨버터.
