Claims (7)
- 直流電源の両端に接続され、トランスの1次巻線と主スイッチとが直列に接続された第1直列回路と、
前記主スイッチがオンした時に前記トランスの2次巻線に出力される電圧を整流平滑する整流平滑回路と、
前記主スイッチの両端又は前記トランスの1次巻線の両端に接続され、補助スイッチとクランプコンデンサとが直列に接続された第2直列回路と、
前記トランスの1次巻線の両端に接続され、補助リアクトルと第1ダイオードとスナバコンデンサとが直列に接続された第3直列回路と、
前記補助スイッチの両端に接続され、第2ダイオードと前記スナバコンデンサとが直列に接続された第4直列回路と、
前記主スイッチと前記補助スイッチとを交互にオン/オフさせる制御回路とを備え、
前記主スイッチのオン時に前記スナバコンデンサに電荷を充電し、前記主スイッチのオフ時に前記スナバコンデンサの電荷を前記クランプコンデンサに放電させ前記主スイッチの電圧上昇の傾きを緩和させることを特徴とするスイッチング電源装置。 - 前記制御回路は、前記補助スイッチをオンさせて前記トランスのコアを飽和させ励磁電流が増大した時に、前記補助スイッチをオフさせて前記主スイッチをゼロ電圧スイッチングさせることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 前記整流平滑回路は、前記トランスの2次巻線と3次巻線との第5直列回路と、この第5直列回路の両端に接続された第1整流ダイオードと平滑コンデンサとの第6直列回路と、前記第2次巻線と前記3次巻線との接続点と前記第1整流ダイオードと前記平滑コンデンサとの接続点とに接続された第2整流ダイオードとを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 前記トランスのコアには前記トランスの1次巻線と前記2次巻線とがリーケージインダクタンスをもつように巻回され、前記トランスの1次巻線と前記3次巻線とが前記1次巻線と前記2次巻線とのリーケージインダクタンスより小さなリーケージインダクタンスをもつように巻回されてなることを特徴とする請求項3記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 前記トランスのコアの磁路の一部に断面積の少ない部分を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 直流電源の両端に接続され、トランスの1次巻線と主スイッチとが直列に接続された第1直列回路と、
前記主スイッチがオフした時に前記トランスの2次巻線に出力される電圧を整流平滑する整流平滑回路と、
前記主スイッチの両端又は前記トランスの1次巻線の両端に接続され、補助スイッチとクランプコンデンサとが直列に接続された第2直列回路と、
前記トランスの1次巻線の両端に接続され、補助リアクトルと第1ダイオードとスナバコンデンサとが直列に接続された第3直列回路と、
前記補助スイッチの両端に接続され、第2ダイオードと前記スナバコンデンサとが直列に接続された第4直列回路と、
前記主スイッチと前記補助スイッチとを交互にオン/オフさせる制御回路とを備え、
前記主スイッチのオン時に前記スナバコンデンサに電荷を充電し、前記補助スイッチのオン時に前記クランプコンデンサの電荷を前記2次巻線を介して前記整流平滑回路に放電し、前記主スイッチのオフ時に前記スナバコンデンサの電荷を前記クランプコンデンサに放電させ前記主スイッチの電圧上昇の傾きを緩和させることを特徴とするスイッチング電源装置。 - 前記整流平滑回路は、前記トランスの2次巻線の両端に接続された整流ダイオードと平滑コンデンサとの直列回路を有することを特徴とする請求項6記載のスイッチング電源装置。
