Abstract
본 발명의 타이어 이너라이너용 필름은 얇은 두께로도 우수한 기밀성을 구현할 수 있어서 타이어의 경량화 및 자동차 연비의 향상을 가능하게 할 뿐만 아니라, 타이어 제조 공정에서 보다 용이한 성형을 가능하게 한다.

Claims (17)
- 폴리아마이드(poly-amide)계 세그먼트 및 폴리에테르(poly-ether)계 세그먼트를 포함하는 공중합체와 폴리아마이드계 수지를 포함하는 기재 필름층; 및
상기 기재 필름층의 적어도 일면에 형성되고, 레조시놀-포르말린-라텍스(RFL)계 접착제를 포함하는 접착층;을 포함하고,
하기 일반식1에 의한 상기 기재 필름층의 인장 회복율이 30% 내지 80%인 타이어 이너라이너용 필름:

인장회복율(%) = (L1 - L2) * 100 / (L1-L0)
상기 일반식1에서, L1은 상기 기재 필름층을 상온에서 100% 인장시의 길이이고, L2는 상기 기재 필름층이 상온에서 100% 인장된 후 수축되어 나타내는 최종 길이이다. L0 인장전의 원래 시료 길이이다.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공중합체의 폴리에테르계 세그먼트의 함량이 상기 기재 필름층 전체 중량에 대하여 15 내지 50 중량%인 타이어 이너라이너용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아마이드계 수지의 상대 점도(황산96% 용액)가 3.0 내지 3.5인 타이어 이너라이너용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아마이드계 세그먼트와 폴리에테르계 세그먼트를 포함하는 공중합체의 절대중량평균분자량이 50,000 내지 300,000인 타이어 이너라이너용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공중합체는 폴리아마이드(poly-amide)계 세그먼트 및 폴리에테르(poly-ether)계 세그먼트를 6:4 내지 3:7의 중량비로 포함하는 타이어 이너라이너용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기재 필름층은 상기 폴리아마이드계 수지 및 상기 공중합체를 6:4 내지 3:7의 중량비로 포함하는 타이어 이너라이너용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기재 필름층의 두께가 30 내지 300 ㎛이고,
상기 접착층의 두께가 0.1 내지 20 ㎛인 타이어 이너라이너용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기재 필름층이 미연신 필름인 타이어 이너라이너용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 레조시놀-포르말린-라텍스(RFL)계 접착제가 레소시놀과 포름알데히드의 축합물 2 내지 30 중량%; 및 라텍스 68 내지 98 중량%를 포함하는 타이어 이너라이너용 필름.
- 폴리아마이드(poly-amide)계 세그먼트 및 폴리에테르(poly-ether)계 세그먼트를 포함하는 공중합체와 폴리아마이드계 수지를 혼합하고 230 내지 300℃에서 용융 및 압출하여 기재 필름층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 기재 필름층의 적어도 일 표면 상에 레조시놀-포르말린-라텍스(RFL)계 접착제를 포함한 접착층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 제1항의 타이어 이너라이너용 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 공중합체에 포함된 폴리에테르계 세그먼트의 함량이 상기 기재 필름층 전체 중량에 대하여 15 내지 50 중량%인 타이어 이너라이너용 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 공중합체는 폴리아마이드(poly-amide)계 세그먼트 및 폴리에테르(poly-ether)계 세그먼트를 6:4 내지 3:7의 중량비로 포함하는 타이어 이너라이너용 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 기재 필름층을 형성하는 단계는 상기 폴리아마이드계 수지와 공중합체를 6:4 내지 3:7의 중량비로 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 타이어 이너라이너용 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 기재 필름층을 형성하는 단계는 상기 혼합물을 30 내지 300 ㎛의 두께의 필름으로 압출하는 단계를 포함하는 타이어 이너라이너용 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 접착층을 형성하는 단계는, 레소시놀과 포름알데히드의 축합물 2 내지 30 중량%; 및 라텍스 68 내지 98 중량%를 포함하는 접착제를 상기 기재 필름층의 적어도 일 표면 상에 0.1 내지 20 ㎛의 두께로 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 타이어 이너라이너용 필름의 제조 방법.
