Claims (5)
- 접착력이 15 ~ 40kgf인 접착제층이 형성된 타이어 이너라이너 필름에 있어서,상기 접착제층은 레소시놀과 포름알데히드의 축합물 2 ~ 30 중량%;라텍스 68 ~ 97.999 중량%; 및표면장력 조절제 0.001 ~ 2 중량%;가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제층이 형성된 타이어 이너라이너 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 접착제층의 두께는 타이어 이너라이너 필름의 두께의 0.001 내지 20%인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제층이 형성된 타이어 이너라이너 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 라텍스는 천연고무 라텍스, 스티렌/부타디엔 고무 라텍스, 아크릴로니트릴/부타디엔 고무라텍스, 클로로프렌 고무라텍스 및 스티렌/부타디엔/비닐피리딘 고무라텍스로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제층이 형성된 타이어 이너라이너 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 표면장력 조절제는 술폰산염 음이온성 계면활성제, 황산에스테르염 음이온성 계면활성제, 카르복시산염 음이온성 계면활성제, 인산에스테르염 음이온성 계면활성제, 플루오르계 계면활성제, 실리콘계 계면활성제 및 폴리실록산계 계면활성제로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제층이 형성된 타이어 이너라이너 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 레소시놀과 포름알데히드의 축합물은 레소시놀과 포름알데히드를 1 : 0.3 ~ 3.0의 몰비로 혼합한 후 축합반응한 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제층이 형성된 타이어 이너라이너 필름.
