Abstract

본 고안은 혼합용 병 마개에 관한 것으로, 마개 본체를 포함하며, 상기 마개 본체는 병 본체의 병 입구에 접촉 설치되는 병 접촉부, 상기 병 접촉부에 연결되어 상기 병 본체의 병 입구에 대응되는 혼합물 수용통, 압력을 받으면 탄성 변형될 수 있는 압하 멤브레인 부재, 및 상기 혼합물 수용통에 연결되어 혼합 대상물를 수용할 수 있는 수용 공간을 형성하는 입구 밀봉부재를 구비하며, 상기 압하 멤브레인 부재는 힘을 받아 탄성 변형되어 직접 또는 간접적으로 상기 입구 밀봉부재를 가압하여 개구를 형성함으로써, 혼합 대상물이 병 본체에 들어갈 수 있게 한다.

Description

혼합용 병 마개{MIXING CAP}
본 고안은 용기와 관련이 있으며, 특히 혼합용 병 마개에 관한 것이다.
종래의 혼합용 병 마개는 일반적으로 커터를 이용하여 밀봉막을 베어 구멍을 냈으나, 통상 커터와 밀폐 수용실은 서로 통하여, 수용실의 밀폐성을 저하시키므로, 장시간 경과되면 혼합 대상물이 공기와 접촉하게 되어, 쉽게 변질되므로 맛과 위생 등 문제를 초래한다. 그밖에, 종래의 커터와 마개는 각자 분리 조립되는 구조를 가지므로, 제조상 반드시 2개의 부품이 있어야 하며, 따라서 재조립 작업이 필요하며, 조립 정확도 또한 제품의 정확한 사용에 영향을 줄 수 있으므로, 또 다른 큰 문제이다. 그리고, 이러한 제품은 사용 후에 구조가 파괴되어, 많은 부품들이 재사용할 수 없게 되어 쓰레기로 변하므로 환경보호 문제를 초래한다.
본 고안의 주요 목적은 상기 문제점을 해결하는 것으로서, 생산 제조가 편리하고, 혼합 대상물의 밀폐성이 비교적 좋고, 또한 조작이 편리하고 동작이 확실하게 이루어지는, 간단하고 안전한 사용 구조를 가진 혼합용 병 마개를 제공하는 것이다.
상기 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 본 고안은 마개 본체를 포함하며, 상기 마개 본체는 병 본체의 병 입구에 접촉 설치되는 병 접촉부, 상기 병 접촉부에 연결되어 상기 병 본체의 병 입구에 대응하는 혼합물 수용통, 압력을 받으면 탄성 변형될 수 있는 압하 멤브레인 부재, 및 상기 혼합물 수용통에 연결되어 혼합 대상물을 수용할 수 있는 수용 공간을 형성하는 입구 밀봉부재를 구비하며, 상기 압하 멤브레인 부재는 힘을 받아 탄성 변형되어 직접 또는 간접적으로 상기 입구 밀봉부재를 가압하여 개구를 형성함으로써, 혼합 대상물이 병 본체에 들어갈 수 있게 하는 혼합용 병 마개를 제공한다.
본 고안에 의하면, 생산 제조가 편리하고, 혼합 대상물의 밀폐성이 좋고, 또한 조작이 편리하고 동작이 확실하게 이루어지는, 간단하고 안전한 사용 구조를 가진 혼합용 병 마개를 제공할 수 있다.

이하, 바람직한 실시예를 도면과 결합하여 다음과 같이 상세하게 설명한다.
도 1 ~ 도 7에 도시한 바와 같이, 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 혼합용 병 마개(10)는 병 본체(40)에 장착 설치될 수 있고, 커피 가루, 우유 파우더 또는 차잎 등의 물질, 또는 크림 등 액체 상태의 물질과 같은 소정 종류의 혼합 대상물(50)이 장입될 수 있다.
본 실시예의 상기 병 마개(10)는 마개 본체(20)를 포함하며,
상기 마개 본체(20)는, 병 본체(40)에 나사 연결되도록 주위 가장자리(周緣)로부터 아래로 나사산(213)이 연장 형성되어 있는 병 접촉부(21), 상기 병 접촉부(21)에 연결되어 상기 병 본체(40)의 병 입구(41) 내에 대응하게 진입하는 혼합물 수용통(23), 압력을 받으면 탄성 변형될 수 있는 압하 멤브레인 부재(25), 및 상기 압하 멤브레인 부재(25)의 내측에 설치되고, 횡단면은 십자형을 이루며 말단에 상단 찌름부(top prod department)(272)가 형성되어 있는 지지부재(27)를 구비한다.
상기 혼합물 수용통(23)은 입구 밀봉부재 연결부(231)를 구비하고, 입구 밀봉부재(30)는 상기 혼합물 수용통(23)의 입구 밀봉부재 연결부(231)에 접합된다. 또한, 상기 압하 멤브레인 부재(25)는 제1 멤브레인부(251), 및 상기 제1 멤브레인부(251)에 연결된 제2 멤브레인부(252)를 구비하고, 상기 지지부재(27)는 상기 제2 멤브레인부(252)에 연결되며, 본 실시예에서 위로 돌출되어 있다. 상기 제1 멤브레인부(251) 또는 제2 멤브레인부(25) 중 적어도 1개 또는 2개가 동시에 변형될 수 있으며, 원상 복귀 가능한 것, 예를 들어 탄성 자동 복귀 또는 사용자에 의해 수동 복귀될 수 있는 것이 바람직하다.
입구 밀봉부재(30)는 상기 혼합물 수용통(23)에 연결되어 혼합 대상물(50)을 수용할 수 있는 수용 공간(39)을 형성한다. 상기 압하 멤브레인 부재(25)는 힘을 받아 탄성 변형되어 상기 지지부재(27)를 연동시켜 상기 입구 밀봉부재(30)를 들이받아, 혼합 대상물(50)이 병 본체(40)에 들어갈 수 있게 한다. 상기 입구 밀봉부재(30)는 상기 지지부재(27)에 의해 구멍이 뚫려 개구를 형성한다.
보호 커버(60)는 상기 마개 본체(20)를 덮어 마개 본체와 접촉하게 되는 접촉부(61) 및 상기 압하 멤브레인 부재(25)를 덮게 되는 보호 공간(63)을 구비한다.
광의적으로 해석하면, 본 고안의 상기 마개 본체(20), 입구 밀봉부재(30) 및 보호 커버(60)는 개별 분리된 부품에 한정되지 않으며, 둘씩 일체를 이룬 부품일 수도 있으며, 또는 전체가 일체를 이룬 부품일 수 있다.
본 고안의 사용 방법 및 그 특징을 다음과 같이 설명한다.
도 5에 도시한 바와 같이, 상기 병 마개(10) 내부에 이미 소정의 혼합 대상물(50)이 장입되어 있으며, 병 본체(40)에 소정의 액체가 장입되어 있다. 도 6에 도시한 바와 같이, 사용자가 혼합하고자 할 때, 먼저 상기 보호 커버(60)를 제거하면, 손가락으로 상기 압하 멤브레인 부재(25)를 압하할 수 있으며, 상기 압하 멤브레인 부재(25)는 상기 지지부재(27)를 연동시켜 위치 이동하게 하며, 상기 지지부재(27)가 상기 입구 밀봉부재(30)를 찔러 입구 밀봉부재가 파열되어 개구를 형성하게 한다. 도 7에 도시한 바와 같이, 상기 압하 멤브레인 부재(25)는 복귀 변형할 수 있으므로, 상기 지지부재(27)를 상기 입구 밀봉부재(30)에서 이탈시키고, 상기 혼합 대상물(50)은 입구 밀봉부재(30)의 파열 개구를 통해 병 본체(40)에 들어가 액체와 혼합된다. 그러므로 사용 조작이 매우 편리하다. 그밖에, 상기 보호 커버(60)는 사용자가 잘못 누르는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
그리고, 상기 압하 멤브레인 부재(25)의 제1 멤브레인부(251)와 제2 멤브레인부(252)는 복귀 변형 가능한 구조를 가지므로, 중복 사용이 가능하며, 사용자가 스스로 혼합 대상물(50)을 채워 넣어 다시 사용할 수 있으므로, 환경보호 기능을 갖는다.
도 8 ~ 도 10에 도시한 바와 같이, 본 고안의 다른 실시예는 상기 실시예와 대체로 동일하나, 차이점은 다음과 같다.
상기 입구 밀봉부재(30)는 상기 수용통 연결부(31)로부터 열림판(35)을 분리시키는 박리 가장자리부(33)를 구비하며, 상기 입구 밀봉부재(30)는 상기 지지부재(27)의 가압을 받아, 박리 가장자리부(33)를 파열시켜 열림판(35)을 열어, 혼합 대상물(50)이 병 본체(40) 내에 떨어지도록 한다. 그러나 상기 입구 밀봉부재(30)의 수용통 연결부(31)는 여전히 열림판(35)의 일부와 연결되어 있으므로 병 본체(40) 내로 떨어지지 않는다. 또는, 상기 열림판(35)이 수용통 연결부(31)로부터 완전히 분리되어 병 본체(40) 내로 떨어지게 설치할 수도 있다.
도 11 ~ 도 13에 도시한 바와 같이, 본 고안의 다른 일 실시예와 상기 실시예는 대체로 동일하나, 차이점은 다음과 같다.
상기 혼합물 수용통(23)은 다른 입구 밀봉부재 연결부(232)를 구비하고, 상기 입구 밀봉부재 연결부(232)는 통형 하부 가장자리의 내공 둘레벽이며, 입구 밀봉부재(30)는 외주벽이 상기 혼합물 수용통(23)의 입구 밀봉부재 연결부(232)에 걸림 결합 가능한 수용통 연결부(32)를 구비한다. 조작 시에, 상기 입구 밀봉부재(30)는 상기 지지부재(27)의 가압을 받아 수용통 연결부(32)가 상기 혼합물 수용통(23)의 입구 밀봉부재 연결부(232)로부터 이탈되도록 하고, 상기 입구 밀봉부재(30)는 병 본체(40) 내에 떨어진다. 본 실시예는 또한 입구 밀봉부재 연결부(231)와 다른 입구 밀봉부재 연결부(232)를 병용하고, 수용통 연결부(31)와 다른 수용통 연결부(32)를 병용하는 방식으로 실시할 수 있다.
도 14 및 도 15에 도시한 바와 같이, 본 고안의 일 실시예와 상기 실시예는 대체로 동일하나, 다음과 같은 차이점이 있다.
상기 마개 본체(20)는 상기 지지부재(27)를 포함하지 않으며, 직접 상기 압하 멤브레인 부재(25)의 변형을 이용하여 혼합 대상물(50)을 가압하여, 상기 혼합 대상물(50)을 통해 간접적으로 상기 입구 밀봉부재(30)를 열거나 또는 파열되게 함으로써 동일한 목적에 도달할 수 있다.
이상의 구조 외에, 본 고안의 각 소자는 모두 다음과 같이 변화시켜 실시할 수 있다.
예를 들면, 상기 압하 멤브레인 부재(25)는 제2 멤브레인부(252)를 구비하지 않을 수도 있으며, 상기 지지부재(27)는 상기 제1 멤브레인부(251)에 직접 연결된다. 또한, 상기 압하 멤브레인 부재(25)는 돌출, 평면 또는 함몰 등의 각종 형상에 한정되지 않는다.
또는 상기한 바와 같이 반드시 상기 병 접촉부(21) 및 나사산(213)을 구비하도록 한정하지 않으며, 예를 들면 혼합물 수용통(23)으로 병 입구(41)를 직접적으로 막을 수 있다. 또는, 상기 병 접촉부(21)를 상기 혼합물 수용통(23)의 외주에 직접 형성할 수 있다(미도시).
또한, 상기 혼합물 수용통(23)은 상기 병 입구(41)에 함입되는 형식에 한정되지 않으며, 돌출 형식으로 변경할 수도 있고(미도시), 상기 혼합물 수용통(23)은 상기 병 입구(41)의 밖으로 돌출될 수도 있어, 더욱 많은 서로 다른 외형 요구를 만족시킨다. 즉, 상기 마개 본체(20)의 혼합물 수용통(23)은 상기 병 접촉부(21) 내측, 하부 가장자리 또는 상부 가장자리에 위치한다. 이로써, 혼합물 수용통(23)의 사이즈는 병 입구(41)의 홀 직경 크기에 관계없이 모두 적용 가능하다.
또한, 지지부재(27)의 형식은 기타 임의 형상 또는 기타 구조일 수 있으며, 예를 들면 상기 지지부재(27)는 상기 압하 멤브레인 부재(25)에 일체로 연결될 필요가 없고, 상기 지지부재(27)는 독립된 구조로 변경될 수도 있다(미도시). 또는, 상기 지지부재(27)는 상기 입구 밀봉부재(30)에 연결되는 구조로 변경될 수도 있다. 심지어, 밀폐상태가 양호하면, 상기 지지부재(27)가 전혀 필요 없이 직접적으로 공기 압력 또는 혼합 대상물(50)의 간접 압력을 통해 입구 밀봉부재(30)를 파열시키거나 떨어뜨릴 수 있다.
그리고, 상기 압하 멤브레인 부재(25)의 제1 멤브레인부(251)와 제2 멤브레인부(252)는 상기한 바와 같이 복귀 변형이 가능한 것 외에도, 복귀 변형이 불가능한 구조로 변경하여, 더욱 간단하게 제조할 수 있게 하고, 중복 사용을 피하고자 할 때 적합하다.
또한, 상기 압하 멤브레인 부재(25)는 마개 본체(20)에 연결되지 않는 단독 구조, 예를 들면 나사 연결 또는 걸림 연결 등, 마개 본체(25)에 조립될 수 있는 구조일 수도 있다. 이와 같이 설계를 할 때, 상기 입구 밀봉부재(30)는 마개 본체(20) 또는 압하 멤브레인 부재(25) 중의 하나에 선택 설치될 수 있으며, 마개 본체(20)에 장착할 경우, 일체로 연결하는 것이 더욱 바람직하다.
종합하자면, 본 고안은 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하는, 간단하고 안전한 사용 구조를 가진 혼합용 병 마개를 제공한다. 본 고안의 혼합용 병 마개는 생산 제조가 편리하고, 혼합 대상물의 밀폐성이 비교적 좋고, 조작이 편리하고 동작이 확실하게 이루어지므로, 본 고안의 목적에 확실하게 도달한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 마개 본체를 포함하는 혼합용 병 마개에 있어서,
    상기 마개 본체는 병 본체의 병 입구에 접촉 설치되는 병 접촉부, 상기 병 접촉부에 연결되어 상기 병 본체의 병 입구에 대응되는 혼합물 수용통, 압력을 받으면 탄성 변형될 수 있는 압하 멤브레인 부재, 및 상기 혼합물 수용통에 연결되어 혼합 대상물을 수용할 수 있는 수용 공간을 형성하는 입구 밀봉부재를 구비하며,
    상기 압하 멤브레인 부재는 힘을 받아 탄성 변형되어 직접 또는 간접적으로 상기 입구 밀봉부재를 가압하여 개구(開口)를 형성함으로써, 상기 혼합 대상물이 상기 병 본체에 들어갈 수 있게 하는
    것을 특징으로 하는 혼합용 병 마개.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 마개 본체는 상기 압하 멤브레인 부재와 입구 밀봉부재 사이에 위치하는 지지부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합용 병 마개.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 지지부재는 상기 압하 멤브레인 부재에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합용 병 마개.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 압하 멤브레인 부재는 상기 제1 멤브레인부 및, 상기 제1 멤브레인부에 연결되는 제2 멤브레인부를 구비하며, 상기 지지부재는 상기 제2 멤브레인부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합용 병 마개.
  5. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 입구 밀봉부재는 상기 지지부재의 작동에 의해 구멍이 뚫려 상기 개구를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합용 병 마개.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 압하 멤브레인 부재는 위로 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합용 병 마개.
  7. 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 압하 멤브레인 부재는 제1 멤브레인부 및, 상기 제1 멤브레인부에 연결되는 제2 멤브레인부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합용 병 마개.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 혼합물 수용통은 입구 밀봉부재 연결부를 구비하고, 상기 입구 밀봉부재는 상기 혼합물 수용통의 상기 입구 밀봉부재 연결부에 접합되거나 또는 걸림 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합용 병 마개.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 입구 밀봉부재는 상기 수용통 연결부로부터 박리되어 열림판을 형성하도록 박리 가장자리부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합용 병 마개.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 마개 본체를 덮도록 설치되고, 상기 압하 멤브레인 부재를 덮는 보호 커버를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합용 병 마개.
