Abstract
본 발명은 용기와 나사 결합되며, 하단에는 용기의 개봉상태를 알려주는 개봉 지지수단이 형성되고, 상단에는 내향 플랜지가 구성된 캡 본체부; 상기 캡 본체부와 결합되는 외향 플랜지가 형성되고, 하부가 개방된 내부에 첨가제 및 질소가스가 충진되며, 외력에 의해 압축되면서 상기 첨가제를 배출하는 가압용기; 상기 가압용기의 하단부에 결합되어 상기 첨가제의 유출을 방지하며, 외력에 의해 파열되면서 상기 첨가제를 상기 용기의 내부로 투입시키는 차단막; 및 상기 캡 본체부와 분리 가능하게 결합되어 가압용기를 보호하는 보호캡을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 첨가제가 내장된 식음료용 용기캡을 제공한다.

도 7 및 도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 기능성 첨가제가 내장된 식음료용 용기캡의 차단막을 나타낸 다른 실시예이다.

Claims (8)
- 용기와 나사 결합되며, 하단에는 용기의 개봉상태를 알려주는 개봉 지지수단이 형성되고, 상단에는 내향 플랜지가 구성된 캡 본체부;
상기 캡 본체부와 결합되는 외향 플랜지가 형성되고, 하부가 개방된 내부에 첨가제 및 질소가스가 충진되며, 외력에 의해 압축되면서 상기 첨가제를 배출하는 가압용기;
상기 가압용기의 하단부에 결합되어 상기 첨가제의 유출을 방지하며, 외력에 의해 파열되면서 상기 첨가제를 상기 용기의 내부로 투입시킬 수 있도록 최상측 및 최하측면에는 PE 수지층으로 이루어지고, 이 PE 수지층의 내측으로 복수의 나일론 수지층이 구성되며, 이 나일론 수지층 사이로 PS 수지층이 구성된 가압 파열부가 구성된 차단막; 및
상기 캡 본체부와 분리 가능하게 결합되어 가압용기를 보호하는 보호캡;
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 첨가제가 내장된 식음료용 용기캡.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가압용기에는 첨가제가 완전하게 배출이 이루어지도록 안내하며, 상기 가압용기로 소정의 신축성을 제공하는 가압 주름부가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 첨가제가 내장된 식음료용 용기캡.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가압 파열부에는 상기 PE 수지층의 상부면에 알루미늄 코팅층이 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 첨가제가 내장된 식음료용 용기캡.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 차단막은 저면 중앙부에 다단으로 이루어지며, 중앙부에 누름집이 형성된 원형홈과, 상기 원형홈의 가장자리에 형성되며, 외력에도 파열이 발생하지 않는 비파열단이 구비된 원형파열부 및 상기 원형파열부의 외측에 방사방향으로 복수 형성되는 선형파열부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 첨가제가 내장된 식음료용 용기캡.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 차단막의 하단에는 외부 미세 먼지가 상기 가압용기측으로 유입되는 것을 방지하는 밀폐필름이 더 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 첨가제가 내장된 식음료용 용기캡.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 캡 본체부의 하부 외경과 보호캡의 하부 내경에는 서로 분리 가능하게 결합이 이루어지도록 환턱 및 환홈이 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 첨가제가 내장된 식음료용 용기캡.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 첨가제는 분말, 정제 또는 액상으로 이루어지며, 각종 비타민, 곡물가루, 녹차가루, 커피가루, 영양제, 미네랄, 녹차, 코코아, 과즙 중 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 첨가제가 내장된 식음료용 용기캡.
