Claims (12)
- 고정자코어 및 고정자코일을 구비한 고정자;
상기 고정자에 대해 상대 운동 가능한 회전자;
내부에 냉각유체의 유로가 형성되고 상기 고정자코어에 결합되는 냉각관을 구비한 냉각유닛; 및
상기 냉각관의 주변의 자기장의 변화를 억제하는 플럭스배리어;를 포함하는 전동기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 냉각관은, 상기 고정자코어에 축방향으로 배치되는 직관부; 및
상기 직관부를 연결하는 곡관부;를 포함하는 전동기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 고정자코어에는 상기 직관부가 삽입되는 삽입공이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 고정자코어에는 상기 직관부가 삽입되고 외측으로 개방된 삽입슬롯이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 직관부가 상기 고정자코어로부터 이격되게 지지하는 스페이서를 더 포함하는 전동기. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 스페이서는 절연부재로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 냉각관과 상기 고정자코어 사이에 개재되어 열전달을 촉진시키는 열전달부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각관은 상기 고정자코어의 원주방향을 따라 미리 설정된 간격으로 이격 배치되고, 상기 플럭스배리어는 상기 냉각관 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 플럭스배리어는 상기 고정자코어의 외주로부터 반경방향을 따라 내측으로 절개된 슬릿을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 플럭스배리어는 상기 고정자코어의 중심으로부터 반경방향을 따라 상기 냉각관의 내측과 동일 원주상에 배치되거나 더 내측에 배치되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기. - 차량바디;
상기 차량바디에 구비되는 배터리; 및
상기 차량바디에 구비되고 상기 배터리에 연결되어 상기 차량바디에 구동력을 제공하는 제1항의 전동기;
를 포함하는 전기차량. - 제11항에 있어서,
냉각유체가 상기 냉각유닛을 경유하여 순환되게 하는 냉각유체순환유닛;을 더 포함하는 전기차량.
