Claims (7)
- 상 측 방향으로 이미지를 표시하는 표시 패널; 및
상기 표시 패널 상에 위치하며, 상기 이미지에 대응하는 영역에 대해 선택적으로 빛을 투과 또는 반사하는 반사 패널
을 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 표시 패널은 상기 이미지가 표시되는 경로 상에 상기 상 측 방향으로 순차적으로 적층된 위상 지연판 및 편광판을 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제2항에서,
상기 표시 패널은,
상기 이미지를 형성하는 복수의 화소(pixel) 영역; 및
상기 복수의 화소 영역 중 이웃하는 화소 영역 사이에 위치하는 비화소 영역을 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제3항에서,
상기 반사 패널은,
상기 화소 영역에 대응하는 제1 투명 전극;
상기 제1 투명 전극과 이웃하며, 상기 비화소 영역에 대응하는 이웃 전극;
상기 화소 영역에 대응하며, 이격 공간을 사이에 두고 상기 제1 투명 전극과 대향하는 제2 투명 전극; 및
상기 이격 공간에 위치하며, 빛을 반사하는 하전 입자
를 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제4항에서,
상기 제1 투명 전극 및 상기 제2 투명 전극에 전계를 인가하면, 상기 하전 입자는 상기 제1 투명 전극 및 상기 제2 투명 전극에 대응하여 상기 제2 투명 전극 측에 위치하는 표시 장치. - 제4항에서,
상기 이웃 전극 및 상기 제2 투명 전극에 전계를 인가하면, 상기 하전 입자는 상기 이웃 전극 및 상기 제2 투명 전극에 대응하여 상기 이웃 전극 측에 위치하는 표시 장치. - 제3항에서,
상기 표시 패널은 상기 화소 영역에 대응하여 빛을 발광하여 상기 이미지를 형성하는 유기 발광 소자를 더 포함하는 표시 장치.
