Claims (10)
- 석탄 분해 장치로서 입구와 출구를 가진 기밀 킬른 몸체를 포함하며, 활화가스 파이프라인 가열설비가 킬른 몸체 내에 설치되고 석탄을 촉진 분해하는 채널이 활화가스 파이프라인 가열설비와 킬른 몸체 내벽간에 형성되며 석탄분해 가스 수집파이프가 킬른 몸체 상에 제공되어 채널과 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄 분해 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 킬른 몸체는 수평식 킬른인 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄 분해 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 킬른 몸체는 상향통풍식 킬른인 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄 분해 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 킬른 몸체는 회전식 킬른이며 촉진판은 킬른 몸체 내벽에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄 분해 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활화가스 파이프라인 가열설비는 연료공급 파이프, 공기공급 파이프, 연소기 챔버와 활화가스 방열파이프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄 분해 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활화가스 파이프라인 가열설비는 활화가스 방열파이프와 연소기 챔버를 포함하며 연소기 챔버는 킬른 몸체 외부의 연료공급 파이프 및 공기공급 파이프와 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄 분해 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활화가스 파이프라인 가열설비는 활화가스 방열파이프를 포함하며, 킬른 몸체 외부에 설치된 연소기 챔버, 연료공급 파이프 및 공기공급 파이프와 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄 분해 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활화가스 방열파이프는 다수의 병렬 밀접 패킹 파이프로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄 분해 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 활화가스 방열파이프는 다수의 병렬 밀접 패킹 파이프로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄 분해 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활화가스 방열파이프는 튜브형 메시 밀접패킹 파이프로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄 분해 장치.
