Claims (10)
- 백반;
무(無)칼슘 인산염 경화-방지제;
물; 및
황산칼슘 반수화물을 포함하는 경화형 조인트 컴파운드 기재를 포함하는 조인트 컴파운드 시스템이며, 상기 조인트 컴파운드 기재에는 탄산칼슘이 전혀 첨가되지 않고, 상기 황산칼슘 반수화물에는 약 2 중량% 미만의 탄산칼슘이 포함되는 것인 조인트 컴파운드 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 황산칼슘 반수화물은 황산칼슘 반수화물의 중량을 기준으로 0.5 중량% 미만의 탄산칼슘을 포함하는 것인 조인트 컴파운드 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 황산칼슘 반수화물은 실질적으로 탄산칼슘을 포함하지 않는 것인 조인트 컴파운드 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 물이 첨가되기 전의 기재 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 약 1 중량% 내지 약 15 중량% 범위의 함량으로 존재하는 라텍스 에멀젼 결합제를 더 포함하는 것인 조인트 컴파운드 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 라텍스 에멀젼 결합제는 폴리비닐 아세테이트, 폴리비닐 알코올, 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트, 스티렌 아크릴, 스티렌 부타디엔, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 에멀젼 또는 분사 건조된 분말의 군에서 선택된 화합물 중 하나를 포함하는 것인 조인트 컴파운드 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 물이 첨가되기 전의 기재 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 약 1 중량% 내지 약 10 중량% 범위로 존재하는 비균전제를 더 포함하는 것인 조인트 컴파운드 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 비균전제는 세피오라이트, 벤토나이트, 몬모릴로나이트, 아타풀구스 점토 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 것인 조인트 컴파운드 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무칼슘 인산염 경화방지제, 상기 물 및 상기 경화형 조인트 컴파운드 기재를 예비혼합시켜 경화-억제된, 프리웨팅, 경화형 조인트 컴파운드를 형성하는 것인 조인트 컴파운드 시스템.
- 백반, 무칼슘 인산염 경화방지제, 황산칼슘 반수화물 및 물을 포함하는 경화형 조인트 컴파운드 기재를 포함하는 조인트 컴파운드이며, 상기 조인트 컴파운드에는 탄산칼슘이 전혀 첨가되지 않고, 상기 황산칼슘 반수화물에는 약 2 중량% 미만의 탄산칼슘이 포함되는 것인 조인트 컴파운드.
- 황산칼슘 반수화물, 물 및 무칼슘 인산염 경화방지제를 포함하는 경화-억제된, 프리웨팅, 경화형 조인트 컴파운드 기재를 얻는 단계;
상기 경화-억제된, 프리웨팅, 경화형 조인트 컴파운드 기재를 별도 분량의 백반과 함께 포장하는 단계; 및
상기 경화-억제된, 프리웨팅, 경화형 조인트 컴파운드 기재와 상기 백반을 블렌딩하는 단계를 포함하는 조인트 컴파운드 제조 방법이며, 상기 조인트 컴파운드 기재에는 탄산칼슘이 전혀 첨가되지 않고, 상기 황산칼슘 반수화물에는 2 중량% 미만의 탄산칼슘이 포함되는 것인, 조인트 컴파운드 제조 방법.
