Claims (12)
- 분산 코팅물을 포함하는 코팅된 섬유계 기판이되, 상기 분산 코팅물은 미소섬유상 셀룰로오스 및 중합체의 콜로이드 입자를 포함하고, 상기 분산 코팅물은 상기 기판의 표면상에 장벽을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산 코팅물은 0.5-20중량%의 미소섬유상 셀룰로오스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
- 선행 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미소섬유상 섬유는 100nm-200 ㎛의 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
- 선행 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체는 염화 폴리비닐리덴 (PVdC), 폴리 비닐 알콜 (PVOH), 에틸렌 비닐 알콜 (EVOH), 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 개질된 스티렌, 부타디엔, 폴리올레핀, 아크릴로니트릴, 푸마르산 또는 말레산 디에스테르, 셀룰로오스 에스테르, 전분 에테르, 상이한 아크릴레이트 및 메타크릴레이트, 비닐 아세테이트, 감자, 옥수수, 곡물, 나무, 자일란 또는 유사 제품으로부터 유래된 중합체 또는 이들 중합체 중 임의의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
- 선행 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 장벽은 액체, 증기, 그리스, 세정제, 산소 또는 기타 기체에 대한 장벽인 기판.
- 제1항 내지 제5항에 따른 코팅된 기판에 의해 생산되는 포장물이되, 상기 기판은 포장물을 형성하기 위해 굽히거나 접히는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장물.
- 분산 코팅물이되, 상기 분산 코팅물은 미소섬유상 셀룰로오스 및 중합체의 콜로이드 입자를 포함하고, 상기 분산 코팅물은 코팅된 기판 상에 장벽을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산 코팅물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 중합체는 염화 폴리비닐리덴 (PVdC), 폴리 비닐 알콜 (PVOH), 에틸렌 비닐 알콜 (EVOH), 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 개질된 스티렌, 부타디엔, 폴리올레핀, 아크릴로니트릴, 푸마르산 및 말레산 디에스테르, 셀룰로오스 에스테르, 전분 에테르, 상이한 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트, 비닐 아세테이트, 감자, 옥수수, 곡물, 나무, 자일란 또는 유사 제품으로부터 유래된 중합체 또는 이들 중합체 중 임의의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 분산 코팅물.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 분산 코팅물은 0.5-20중량%의 미소섬유상 셀룰로오스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산 코팅물.
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는 코팅된 기판의 생산 방법:
- 셀룰로오스 섬유를 포함하는 기판을 제공하는 단계,
- 미소섬유상 셀룰로오스 및 중합체의 콜로이드 입자를 포함하는 분산 코팅을 상기 기판의 표면에 도포하는 단계,
- 상기 기판을 건조시켜 건조된 코팅된 기판을 형성시키는 단계.
- 제10항에 있어서, 분산 코팅은 롤러 코팅, 분사 코팅, 슬롯 코팅, 침지 코팅, 그라비어 롤 코팅, 역정(reverse direct) 그라비어 코팅 및/또는 이의 조합의 사용에 의해 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 분산 코팅은 종이 또는 판지 기계 내 라인 상에서 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
