Abstract
상기 MFPF는 배기가스 유입/배출 유로 양측에 제올라이트와 산화촉매를 동시에 코팅하여 탄화수소의 슬립을 최소화함과 동시에 고농도의 NO2를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (11)
- 다수의 축방향으로 연장돼서 기체침투성 벽체에 의해 격자상 단면형상을 가지는 것에 의해 복수의 채널을 형성하고,
상기 각 채널은 하나의 플러그가 가스유동방향의 상류측 단부 또는 하류측 단부에 설치돼서 가스유입로와 가스배출로를 이루며,
상기 각 가스유입로는 가스배출로에 의해 포위되고,
상기 가스유입로 및 상기 가스배출로의 내부표면에는 산화촉매를 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 배기가스 정화필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스유입로 및 상기 가스배출로 중 어느 하나 이상의 내부표면에는 1차적으로 흡착제를 코팅하여 흡착층을 형성하고, 상기 흡착층 위로 산화촉매를 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 배기가스 정화필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스유입로 및 상기 가스배출로 중 어느 하나 이상의 내부표면에는 산화촉매에 흡착제를 혼합하여 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 배기가스 정화필터.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제는 제올라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 배기가스 정화필터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 산화촉매는 백금과 팔라듐 중에서 선택된 어느 한가지 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 배기가스 정화필터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 다기능성 배기가스 정화필터를 엔진의 후단에 설치하고,
상기 다기능성 배기가스 정화필터의 후류측에 선택적 환원촉매(Selective Catalystic Reduction; SCR)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 엔진과 상기 다기능성 배기가스 정화필터 사이에 디젤 산화촉매(Diesel Oxidation Catalyst; DOC)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 다기능성 배기가스 정화필터의 후류측에 환원제로 우레아(urea) 수용액을 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 SCR 촉매가 전이금속을 이온교환한 제올라이트 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 DOC는 산화촉매와 제올라이트를 혼합하여 코팅한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 DOC는 제올라이트를 1차 코팅하고, 이어서 제올라이트의 표면에 산화촉매를 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
