도 2는 본 실시예에 관한 연료 가스의 가스 공급 제어 다이어그램을 도시하는 도면이다.
도 3은 종래의 시스템에 있어서의 연료 가스의 가스 공급 제어 다이어그램을 도시하는 도면이다.
Claims (4)
- 과급기를 통해 급기된 공기와, 연료 가스 통로를 통과하여 연료 유량 제어 밸브에 의해 연료 공급량이 제어된 연료 가스를 혼합하여 혼합 공기를 연소실 내에 공급하고, 엔진을 착화 연소시키는 가스 엔진 시스템의 제어 방법에 있어서,
상기 엔진의 각 실린더에 공급하는 연료 가스 유량을 제어하는 연료 가스 유량 제어 밸브와, 상기 연료 유량 제어 밸브의 개방도와 엔진 출력을 검출하여 과급기 앞 측에 공급하는 연료 가스를 ON/OFF 제어하는 가스 공급 밸브의 2개의 밸브를 준비하고,
가스량 컨트롤러 측에서 연료 가스 유량 제어 밸브로 제어 가능한 연료 가스 유량의 최대 임계값을 미리 구해 두고,
엔진 출력이 고부하인 경우 또는 상기 연료 가스가 저칼로리인 경우는, 상기 가스 공급 밸브를 ON, 즉 개방으로 하고, 상기 최대 임계값보다 높은 부분의 연료 가스 변동분에 관하여 상기 연료 가스 유량 제어 밸브의 유량 제어에 의해 제어하도록 하고,
엔진 출력이 저부하인 경우 또는 상기 연료 가스가 고칼로리인 경우는 가스 공급 밸브를 완전 폐쇄로 하고, 각 실린더에 공급하는 연료 가스 유량은 상기 연료 가스 유량 제어 밸브의 연료 가스만의 유량 제어를 행하도록 한, 가스 엔진 시스템의 제어 방법. - 과급기를 통해 급기된 공기와, 연료 가스 통로를 통과하여 연료 유량 제어 밸브에 의해 연료 공급량이 제어된 연료 가스를 혼합하여 혼합 공기를 연소실 내에 공급하고, 엔진을 착화 연소시키는 가스 엔진 시스템에 있어서,
상기 엔진의 각 실린더에 공급하는 연료 가스 유량을 제어하는 연료 가스 유량 제어 밸브와, 상기 연료 유량 제어 밸브의 개방도와 엔진의 출력을 검출하여 과급기 앞 측의 믹서에 공급하는 연료 가스의 ON/OFF 제어를 행하는 가스 공급 밸브와,
상기 연료 가스 유량 제어 밸브에서 제어 가능한 연료 가스 유량의 최대 임계값을 미리 구해 둔 가스량 컨트롤러를 구비하고,
상기 가스량 컨트롤러는, 엔진 출력이 고부하인 경우 또는 상기 연료 가스가 저칼로리인 경우는, 상기 가스 공급 밸브를 완전 개방으로 하고, 상기 최대 임계값보다 높은 부분의 연료 가스 변동분에 관하여 상기 연료 유량 제어 밸브의 개방도 제어에 의해 유량 제어하도록 하고,
엔진 출력이 저부하인 경우 또는 상기 연료 가스가 고칼로리인 경우는 가스 공급 밸브를 완전 폐쇄로 하고, 각 실린더에 공급하는 연료 가스 유량은 상기 연료 가스 유량 제어 밸브의 개방도 제어에 의해 연료 가스만으로 유량 제어를 행하도록 한 가스량 컨트롤러인 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 엔진 시스템. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 믹서는 가연 하한계 가스 농도 이하의 소정 비율로 혼합하는 구조를 구비한 믹서인, 가스 엔진 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연료 가스 유량 제어 밸브에 공급되는 연료 가스는 가스 컴프레서에 의해 압축되는, 가스 엔진 시스템.
