Claims (6)
- 디젤입자필터를 재생하기 위한 배기관내의 열에너지를 공급하기 위하여 사용되는 버너장치에 있어서,
버너 장치의 외형을 유지하는 버너 하우징(31);
상기 버너 하우징(31)의 도입부에는 외부로부터 점화에 필요한 연료를 공급하는 연료공급관(33);
다공성 흡입기(32)에 흡착된 연료를 버블링하기 위하여 외부로부터 상기 버너 하우징(31)의 도입부에 가스를 공급하는 가스공급관(34);
상기 공급관(33, 34) 후단에 연료를 흡습하여 기공을 통하여 버블링되어지는 연료에 착화하여 화염을 형성하기 위하여 흡수력을 가진 다공성 흡입기(32);
상기 다공성 흡입기(32) 후단에 설치되어 다공성 흡입기(32)에 미립화된 연료에 점화하여 열에너지를 발생하는 점화기(35);
상기 버너 하우징(31) 내에 점화기(35), 연료펌프 및 공기펌프에 전원을 공급하는 전원부(36);를 포함하여 이루어진 배기가스 정화용 버너장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연료공급관(210)과 가스공급관(22)이 일체로 결합되어 하나의 공급관을 통하여 연료와 가스가 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 버너장치. - 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서,
상기 가스공급관(34)내의 공급되는 가스는 공기, 조연성 가스 또는 가연성 가스를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 버너장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 흡입기(32)의 형상은 판형, 벌집형, 다각형 또는 유선형 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 버너장치. - 제1항에 있어서
상기 다공성 흡입기(32)의 소재는 세라믹, 유리 또는 금속재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 버너장치. - 디젤입자필터를 재생하기 위한 배기관내의 열에너지를 공급하기 위하여 사용되는 배기가스 정화용 버너의 연소방법에 있어서,
디젤입자필터와 배기가스에 고온의 열에너지를 공급하기 위하여 다공성 흡입기(32) 전단에 연료를 분사하고 다공성 흡입기(32)에 연료가 흡습된 후 분사된 가스 중 기공을 통과한 가스에 의해 다공성 흡입기(32) 후단에 연료를 버블링시켜 미립화한 후 미립화된 연료를 점화시켜 연소된 화염을 디젤입자필터와 배기가스에 방사하는 배기가스 정화용 버너의 연소방법.
