Claims (7)
- 배기열 및 초음파를 이용한 디젤자동차용 배출가스 정화장치에 있어서,
엔진(1)에서 배출 이송된 배출가스를 혼합된 연료와 공기에 의해 연소시키는 연료/공기 분사점화장치(10)와;
상기 연료/공기 분사점화장치(10)에서 연소된 배출가스가 유입되어 촉매제에 의해 산화시키는 디젤 산화촉매장치(DOC,20)와;
상기 디젤 산화촉매장치(20)에서 산화된 배출가스 내의 입자상 물질 및 오염물질을 포집하는 매연저감장치(DPF,30)와;
상기 연료/공기 분사점화장치(10)와 연결되어 예열된 연료를 초음파에 의해 미립화되게 기화하고, 상기 미립화된 연료를 연료/공기 분사점화장치(10)에 공급하는 초음파 기화기(40);를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 초음파 기화기(40)와 연료/공기 분사점화장치(10) 사이에는 연료가 연료/공기 분사점화장치(10)에 이송되도록 연료/공기 공급관(60)이 형성되고, 상기 연료/공기 공급관(60)에는 이송되는 연료에 외부의 공기가 혼합되도록 송풍장치(50)가 더 형성되고, 상기 송풍장치(50)에 의해 외부의 공기가 유입되어 연료와 함께 연료/공기 분사점화장치(10)에 이송시키며,
상기 초음파 기화기(40)는 외부에서 연료가 내부에 유입되도록 연료공급관(70)이 연결되고, 상기 초음파 기화기(40)에는 외부에서 유입된 연료를 미립화시켜 액상의 연료를 기화시키는 초음파 발생장치가 내부에 설치되며,
상기 연료공급관(70)은 엔진에서 배출가스가 배출되어 이송되도록 형성된 배출가스관(2) 내에 일단부가 구비된 상태에서 초음파 기화기(40)에 연결됨으로써, 내부에 이송되는 연료가 배출가스의 고온에 의해 예열되며, 상기 배출가스관(2) 내에 구비된 연료공급관(70)에는 배출가스와 연료가 상호 용이하게 열교환되도록 예열부(80)가 더 형성되고,
상기 예열부(80)는 연료공급관(70)에 다수개의 핀 플레이트가 형성되어 배출가스와 연료가 상호 용이하게 열교환되는 특징으로 하는 배기열 및 초음파를 이용한 디젤자동차용 배출가스 정화장치. - 삭제
