Description
Claims (15)
- 2 개의 폴리에틸렌 분획 A 및 B 를 포함하고, 상기 분획 A 가 실질적으로 공단량체가 없고 분획 B 보다 낮은 중량 평균 분자량 및 높은 밀도를 갖고, 각각의 분획이 메탈로센-함유 촉매계의 존재 하에 직렬로 연결된 2 개의 반응기의 상이한 반응기에서 제조되는, 수 평균 분자량 (Mn) 에 대한 중량 평균 분자량 (Mw) 의 비율로 정의된 분자량 분포 (MWD) 가 3.5 이상, 바람직하게는 4.0 초과인 바이모달 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 (HDPE) 수지로서,
상기 메탈로센이 하기 화학식 (I) 또는 (II) 중 하나 이상으로부터 선택되고;
분획 A 가 직렬로 연결된 2 개의 반응기 중 제 1 반응기에서 제조되는 경우 바이모달 HDPE 수지의 MI2 에 대한 분획 A 의 MI2 의 비율이 1.05 내지 2000 의 범위이고;
분획 B 가 직렬로 연결된 2 개의 반응기 중 제 1 반응기에서 제조되는 경우 바이모달 HDPE 수지의 MI2 에 대한 분획 B 의 HLMI 의 비율이 0.06 내지 0.95 의 범위인 바이모달 HDPE 수지:

각각의 R 은 동일 또는 상이하고, 수소 또는 XR'v (식 중, X 는 탄소, 규소, 게르마늄, 산소 또는 질소로부터 선택되고, 각각의 R' 은 동일 또는 상이하고 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 20 의 히드로카르빌로부터 선택되고, v+1 은 X 의 원자가임) 로부터 선택되고, R 은 바람직하게는 수소, 메틸, 에틸, n-프로필, 이소프로필, n-부틸 및 tert-부틸기로부터 선택되고;
R" 은 C1-C4 알킬렌 라디칼, 디알킬 게르마늄, 규소 또는 실록산, 또는 알킬 포스핀 또는 아민 라디칼을 포함하는, 입체강성 (stereorigidity) 을 부여하기 위한 2 개의 인데닐 또는 4수소화 인데닐 사이의 구조적 가교이고;
Q 는 탄소수 1 내지 20 의 히드로카르빌 라디칼 또는 할로겐, 바람직하게는 염소 또는 불소이고;
M 은 주기율표의 4 족 전이 금속 또는 바나듐임]. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 메탈로센이 가교된 비치환 비스(테트라히드로인데닐) 을 포함하는 바이모달 HDPE 수지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 메탈로센이 에틸렌-비스(테트라히드로인데닐) 지르코늄 디클로리드 및 에틸렌-비스(테트라히드로인데닐)지르코늄 디플루오리드로부터 선택되는 바이모달 HDPE 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 직렬로 연결된 2 개의 반응기가 이중 루프 반응기, 바람직하게는 액체 충전 이중 루프 반응기인 바이모달 HDPE 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 190 ℃ 의 온도 및 2.16 kg 의 하중 하에 표준 시험 방법 ASTM D 1238 에 따라 측정된 용융 지수 MI2 가 0.5 내지 50 dg/min 이고, 23 ℃ 의 온도에서 표준 시험 방법 ASTM 1505 에 따라 측정된 밀도가 0.940 내지 0.965 g/㎤ 인 바이모달 HDPE 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 분획 A 가 제 1 반응기로부터 수득되고 폴리에틸렌 분획 B 가 제 2 반응기로부터 수득되는 바이모달 HDPE 수지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 분획 A 가 190 ℃ 의 온도 및 2.16 kg 의 하중 하에 표준 시험 방법 ASTM D 1238 에 따라 측정된 용융 지수 MI2 가 10 내지 1000 dg/min 이고, 23 ℃ 의 온도에서 표준 시험 방법 ASTM 1505 에 따라 측정된 밀도가 0.960 내지 0.980 g/㎤ 인 바이모달 HDPE 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 분획 B 가 제 1 반응기로부터 수득되고, 폴리에틸렌 분획 A 가 제 2 반응기로부터 수득되는 바이모달 HDPE 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유동학적 수평 활성화 에너지가 1 s- 1 의 주파수에서는 45 kJ/mol 초과이고, 100 s- 1 의 주파수에서는 45 kJ/mol 미만인 바이모달 HDPE 수지.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 유동학적 수평 활성화 에너지가 1 s- 1 의 주파수에서는 50 kJ/mol 초과이고 100 s- 1 의 주파수에서는 40 kJ/mol 미만인 바이모달 HDPE 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 23 ℃ 및 100 % Igepal 에서 ASTM D1693 에 따라 측정된 1500 시간 이상의 벨 환경적 내응력균열성 (ESCR) (Bell Enviromental Stress Crack Resistance) F0, 및 하기에 의해 측정된 250 ppm 이하의 휘발성 유기 화합물 농도를 갖는 바이모달 HDPE 수지:
- 150 ℃ 로의 수지 샘플의 가열,
- -40 ℃ 에서 Tenax 트랩 상에서의, 샘플로부터 상기에 따라 방출된 휘발성 유기 화합물의 흡착,
- 이후 230 ℃ 에서의 트랩의 순간 탈착, 및
- 기체 크로마토그래피-불꽃 이온화 검출기를 사용한 탈착 휘발성 유기 화합물의 양의 검출 및 측정. - 사출 성형에 의한 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 바이모달 HDPE 수지를 사용하여 제조된 물품.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 뚜껑 또는 마개인 물품.
- 2 개의 반응기 중 하나에서, 실질적으로 공단량체가 없고 폴리에틸렌 분획 B 보다 낮은 중량 평균 분자량 및 높은 밀도를 갖는 폴리에틸렌 분획 A 를 제조하는 단계, 및
2 개의 반응기 중 다른 반응기에서 폴리에틸렌 분획 B 를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 메탈로센-함유 촉매계의 존재 하에 직렬로 연결된 2 개의 반응기의 상이한 반응기에서 제조된 2 개의 폴리에틸렌 분획 A 및 B 를 포함하는, 수 평균 분자량 Mn 에 대한 중량 평균 분자량 Mw 의 비율로 정의된 분자량 분포 (MWD) 가 3.5 이상, 바람직하게는 4.0 초과인 바이모달 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 (HDPE) 수지의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 메탈로센이 하기 화학식 (I) 또는 (II) 중 하나 이상으로부터 선택되고;
분획 A 가 직렬로 연결된 2 개의 반응기 중 제 1 반응기에서 제조되는 경우 바이모달 HDPE 수지의 MI2 에 대한 분획 A 의 MI2 의 비율이 1.05 내지 2000 의 범위이고;
분획 B 가 직렬로 연결된 2 개의 반응기 중 제 1 반응기에서 제조되는 경우 바이모달 HDPE 수지의 MI2 에 대한 분획 B 의 HLMI 의 비율이 0.06 내지 0.95 의 범위인 방법:
