Claims (25)
- 라세믹 1-나프틸에틸아민을 만델산과 반응시켜 상기 산과 1-나프틸에틸아민의 (R)- 또는 (S)-이성체 염을 얻는 것을 포함하는, 1-나프틸에틸아민의 (R)- 또는 (S)-이성체의 만델산과의 염의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 위한 용매가 에탄올, 이소프로필 알코올 또는 아세톤인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 에탄올이고, 상기 반응의 생성물이 (R)-이성체의 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 이소프로필 알코올 또는 아세톤이고, 상기 반응의 생성물이 (S)-이성체의 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 1-나프틸에틸아민의 (R)- 또는 (S)-이성체의 만델산과의 염.
- 제5항에 있어서, (R)-1-나프틸에틸아민의 만델산과의 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 염.
- 제5항에 있어서, (S)-1-나프틸에틸아민의 만델산과의 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 염.
- 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 만델산이 D-만델산인 것을 특징으로 하는 염.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 에스테르 (II)와 상기 염과의 반응을 위한 용매가 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 키랄 산이 D-(-)-만델산인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 시나칼세트를 그의 염으로 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 시나칼세트를 시나칼세트 염산염으로 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 시나칼세트 또는 그의 염을 단리하고, 이어서 재결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응이 유기 염기 및 무기 염기로부터 선택된 염기의 존재하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 염기가 트리에틸아민, 트리부틸아민, 디이소프로필에틸아민, 피리딘, 탄산나트륨 및 탄산칼륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에스테르 (II)와 상기 (R)-1-나프틸에틸아민의 염과의 반응이 유기 용매 비존재하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (R)-1-나프틸에틸아민의 만델산과의 염이 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 시나칼세트 또는 그의 염의 제조에 있어서의 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 염의 용도.
- (i) 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 (R)-나프틸에틸아민의 만델산과의 염을 제조하고, (S)-나프틸에틸아민이 풍부화된 모액을 얻는 단계; (ii) 단계(i)로부터 얻어진 (S)-나프틸에틸아민을 라세믹 나프틸에틸아민으로 전환하는 단계; 및 (iii) 원할 경우, 제1항, 제2항 또는 제4항에 따른 제조방법에서 단계(ii)로부터 얻어진 라세믹 (S)-나프틸에틸아민을 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 실시예를 참조로 실질적으로 여기에서 기술된 방법.
- 실시예를 참조로 실질적으로 여기에서 기술된 시나칼세트 또는 그의 염.
- 실시예를 참조로 실질적으로 여기에서 기술된 (R)-1-나프틸에틸아민의 만델산과의 염.
- 실시예를 참조로 실질적으로 여기에서 기술된 (S)-1-나프틸에틸아민의 만델산과의 염.
