Claims (9)
- 2매 1조로 이용하는 기판 중 적어도 1매가 가요성의 기판이고,
상기 1조의 기판 사이에 전기에 의해 작동하는 부위를 갖고, 이 전기에 의해 작동하는 부위를 제1 밀봉재로 둘러싼 표시 장치의 제조 방법이며,
복수개의 상기 표시 장치를, 이들의 외부를 온도 20 ℃ 내지 30 ℃의 범위에서의 탄성률이 1×107 Pa 이하인 제2 밀봉재로 접착한 상기 1조의 기판 중에서 제작하는 제작 공정과,
상기 제작한 후에 상기 복수개의 상기 표시 장치를 개별로 절단하여 제조하는 절단 공정
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 밀봉재는 온도 20 ℃ 내지 30 ℃의 범위에서의 탄성률이 1×108 Pa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표시 장치가 액정 표시 장치인 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표시 장치가 유기 EL 표시 장치인 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표시 장치가 전기 영동식 표시 장치인 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1매의 상기 기판 상에 상기 제1 밀봉재를 부여하고,
다른쪽의 상기 기판 상에 상기 제2 밀봉재를 부여한 후에,
2매의 상기 기판을 접합시키는 공정을
포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1매의 동일한 상기 기판 상에 상기 제1 밀봉재와 상기 제2 밀봉재를 부여한 후에,
2매의 상기 기판을 접합시키는 공정을
포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1 밀봉재를 부여할 때,
시린지에 넣은 액상의 제1 밀봉재를 압출하면서 도포하는 디스펜서를 이용하여 행하는 공정을
포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2 밀봉재를 부여할 때,
시린지에 넣은 액상의 상기 제2 밀봉재를 압출하면서 도포하는 디스펜서를 이용하여 행하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
