Claims (11)
- 반응기에 산성 촉매 및 용매를 투입하고;
상기 반응기 온도를 승온하고;
상기 승온된 반응기에 알코올을 연속적으로 공급하면서, 반응기로부터 물을 연속적으로 제거하고, 알켄 화합물을 연속적으로 수집하는
공정을 포함하는 알켄 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산성 촉매는 헤테로폴리산, 황산, 파라톨루엔 설폰산, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 산성 촉매를 포함하는 것인 알켄 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 산성 촉매는 헤테로폴리산인 알켄 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산성 촉매는 10 내지 80 중량% 농도로 존재하는 것인 알켄 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 산성 촉매는 20 내지 80 중량% 농도로 존재하는 것인 알켄 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산성 촉매 용액을 투입하는 공정에서, 인산을 더욱 첨가하는 것인 알켄 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 승온하는 공정은 상기 반응기를 80 내지 130℃의 온도가 되도록 승온시키는 것인 알켄 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 승온하는 공정은 상기 반응기를 90 내지 100℃의 온도가 되도록 승온시키는 것인 알켄 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알코올은 R1OH(R1은 C3 내지 C20의 선형 또는 분지형 알킬기)의 1가 알코올 또는 HO-R2-OH(R2는 C4 내지 C20의 선형 또는 분지형 알킬기)의 2가 알코올인 알켄 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알코올을 연속적으로 투입하는 속도는 0.1 내지 4.0ml/분인 알켄 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 물을 연속적으로 제거하는 속도는 0.1 내지 2.0ml/분인 알켄 화합물의 제조 방법.
