Claims (11)
- 아밀로이드 β 펩티드에 대한 항체의 상보성 결정 영역(CDR)에 결합하고 세포주 DSM ACC2939로부터 수득된 항체가 결합하는 에피토프와 동일한 에피토프 또는 중첩되는 에피토프에 결합하는 항체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
아밀로이드 β 펩티드에 대한 항체의 중쇄 가변 도메인이 서열번호 1, 2 및 3으로부터 선택된 아미노산 서열을 가진 CDR3을 포함하고, 아밀로이드 β 펩티드에 대한 항체의 경쇄 가변 도메인이 서열번호 4, 5 및 6으로부터 선택된 아미노산 서열을 가진 CDR3을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 항체. - 세포주 DSM ACC2939로부터 수득된 항체.
- 세포주 DSM ACC2939로부터 수득된 항체를 사용하는 면역분석을 이용하여 샘플 중 아밀로이드 β 펩티드에 대한 항체를 면역학적으로 확인하는 방법.
- 세포주 DSM ACC2939로부터 수득된 항체를 사용하는 면역분석을 이용하여 샘플 중 아밀로이드 β 펩티드에 대한 항체에 대한 항-이디오타입(anti-idiotype) 항체를 면역학적으로 확인하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
면역분석이 포획 항체, 탐침 항체 및 검출 항체를 포함하고, 상기 포획 항체가 스트렙타비딘을 통해 고체상에 접합된, 세포주 DSM ACC2939로부터 수득된 아밀로이드 β 펩티드에 대한 항체에 대한 바이오티닐화된(biotinylated) 항-이디오타입 항체이고, 상기 탐침 항체가 검출 표지로서의 디곡시제닌에 접합된, 세포주 DSM ACC2939로부터 수득된 아밀로이드 β 펩티드에 대한 항체에 대한 항-이디오타입 항체이고, 상기 검출 항체가 퍼록시다제에 접합된 디곡시제닌에 대한 항체임을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
면역분석이 고체상에 접합된 아밀로이드 β 펩티드; 검출가능한 표지로서의 디곡시제닌에 접합된, 세포주 DSM ACC2939로부터 수득된 아밀로이드 β 펩티드에 대한 항체에 대한 항-이디오타입 항체; 및 퍼록시다제에 접합된 디곡시제닌에 대한 검출 항체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
면역분석이 포획 항체 및 탐침 항체를 포함하고, 상기 포획 항체가 결합쌍(binding pair)의 제1 부분(part)에 접합된 아밀로이드 β 펩티드에 대한 항체이고, 상기 탐침 항체가 검출 표지에 접합된 아밀로이드 β 펩티드에 대한 항체임을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
면역분석이 고체상에 접합된 아밀로이드 β 펩티드; 검출가능한 표지로서 디곡시제닌에 접합된, 아밀로이드 β 펩티드에 대한 항체; 및 퍼록시다제에 접합된 디곡시제닌에 대한 검출 항체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제4항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
면역분석이 포획 항체 및 탐침 항체를 포함하고, 상기 포획 항체가 고체상에 접합되는 항체 부위에서 상이한 2종 이상의 항체를 포함하는 항체 혼합물이고, 상기 탐침 항체가 검출 표지에 접합되는 항체 부위에서 상이한 2종 이상의 항체를 포함하는 항체 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제4항, 제6항, 제7항 및 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 있어서 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 항체의 용도.
