Claims (5)
- 메틸트리메톡시실란, 옥틸실란 및 메탄올이 혼합된 용액에 실리카 졸, 증류수 및 초산이 혼합된 용액을 첨가하여 제조된 하도 바인더; 및메틸트리메톡시실란 및 메탄올이 혼합된 용액에 실리카 졸, 증류수 및 초산이 혼합된 용액을 첨가하여 제조된 상도 바인더를 포함하는 콘크리트 침투 방지 세라믹 도료 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상도 바인더는 충진재를 더 포함하는 콘크리트 침투 방지 세라믹 도료 조성물.
- 콘크리트 침투 방지 세라믹 도료 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서,실리카 졸, 증류수 및 초산을 혼합하여 제1 하도 용액을 제조하는 단계;메틸트리메톡시실란, 옥틸실란 및 메탄올을 혼합하여 제2 하도 용액을 제조하는 단계;제1 하도 용액을 제2 하도 용액에 첨가하여 하도 바인더를 제조하는 단계;실리카졸, 증류수 및 초산을 혼합하여 제1 상도 용액을 제조하는 단계;메틸트리메톡시실란과 메탄올을 혼합하여 제2 상도 용액을 제조하는 단계;제1 상도 용액을 제2 상도 용액에 첨가하여 상도 바인더를 제조하는 단계; 및상도 바인더에 충진재를 첨가하여 상도 세라믹 도료 조성물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 콘크리트 침투 방지 세라믹 도료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 제1 하도 용액과 제2 하도 용액의 혼합 비율은 중량비로 제1 하도 용액 : 제2 하도 용액 = 1: 2.4~3.2가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 도료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 제1 상도 용액과 제2 상도 용액의 혼합 비율은 중량비로 제1 상도 용액: 제2 상도 용액 = 1 : 2.4 ~ 3.2가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 도료 조성물의 제조 방법.
