Claims (14)
- 폴리올 화합물과 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물을 반응시켜 얻어지는 폴리우레탄 프레폴리머의 분자 말단에, 가수분해성 실릴기를 도입하여 얻어지는 실릴기 함유 중합체 (S) 를 함유하는 경화성 조성물을 경화시켜 얻어지는 박리 점착력이 8 N/25 ㎜ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리우레탄 프레폴리머의 수 평균 분자량이 2,000 ∼ 100,000 이고, 또한 실릴기 함유 중합체 (S) 에 있어서의, 우레탄 결합과 우레아 결합의 합계량 (MU) 과 가수분해성 실릴기의 양 (MS) 의 비율 (MU/MS 의 몰비) 이 2/1 ∼ 100/1 인 점착체. - 폴리올 화합물과 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물을 반응시켜 얻어지는 폴리우레탄 프레폴리머를, 추가로 사슬 연장제를 사용하여 사슬 연장 반응시켜 얻어지는 폴리우레탄 수지의 분자 말단에, 가수분해성 실릴기를 도입하여 얻어지는 실릴기 함유 중합체 (S') 를 함유하는 경화성 조성물을 경화시켜 얻어지는 박리 점착력이 8 N/25 ㎜ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리우레탄 수지의 수 평균 분자량이 4,000 ∼ 500,000 이고, 또한 실릴기 함유 중합체 (S') 에 있어서의, 우레탄 결합과 우레아 결합의 합계량 (MU) 과 가수분해성 실릴기의 양 (MS) 의 비율 (MU/MS 의 몰비) 이 2/1 ∼ 100/1 인 점착체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올 화합물이 수산기수 2 ∼ 3 그리고 평균 수산기가 5 ∼ 225 ㎎KOH/g 인, 폴리에테르폴리올 또는 폴리에테르폴리에스테르폴리올인 점착체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물이 톨릴렌디이소시아네이트 또는 이소포론디이소시아네이트인 점착체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 가수분해성 실릴기가 트리알콕시실릴기인 점착체. - 폴리올 화합물과 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물을 반응시켜 폴리우레탄 프레폴리머를 제조하는 공정 (PP1A) 과,
그 폴리우레탄 프레폴리머의 분자 말단에 가수분해성 실릴기를 도입하여 실릴기 함유 중합체 (S) 를 제조하는 공정 (PP2A) 과,
그 실릴기 함유 중합체 (S) 를 함유하는 경화성 조성물을 경화시켜 박리 점착력이 8 N/25 ㎜ 이하인 점착체를 제조하는 공정 (PP3A) 을 갖는 점착체의 제조 방법. - 폴리올 화합물과 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물을 반응시켜 폴리우레탄 프레폴리머를 제조하는 공정 (PP1B) 과,
그 폴리우레탄 프레폴리머를 사슬 연장제를 사용하여 사슬 연장 반응시켜 폴리우레탄 수지를 제조하는 공정 (PP2B) 과,
그 폴리우레탄 수지의 분자 말단에 가수분해성 실릴기를 도입하여 실릴기 함유 중합체 (S') 를 제조하는 공정 (PP3B) 과,
그 실릴기 함유 중합체 (S') 를 함유하는 경화성 조성물을 경화시켜 박리 점착력이 8 N/25 ㎜ 이하인 점착체를 제조하는 공정 (PP4B) 을 갖는 점착체의 제조 방법. - 기재층과 적어도 1 층의 점착체층을 갖는 점착 시트로서,
그 점착체층이 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 점착체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착 시트. - 기재층과 적어도 1 층의 점착체층을 갖는 백그라인드 테이프로서,
그 점착체층이 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 점착체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 백그라인드 테이프. - 기재층과 적어도 1 층의 점착체층을 갖는 광학 부재 보호용 점착 시트로서,
그 점착체층이 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 점착체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 부재 보호용 점착 시트. - 제 12 항에 기재된 광학 부재 보호용 점착 시트가 표면 상에 첩착되어 이루어지는 광학 부재.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 광학 부재가 광확산판, 광확산 시트 또는 프리즘 시트인 광학 부재.
