Claims (14)
- 내시경 검사 등을 위한 기구의 구동부를 제조하기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 기구는 가요성 부분이 있는 조종 단부를 갖는 관형 부재와, 타단부에 배치되는 구동 수단을 포함하고, 상기 구동 수단은 조종 단부에 연결되는 원통형 부분과, 구동 수단에 연결되는 원통형 부분과, 구동 수단의 운동을 조종 단부에 전달하는 다수의 종방향 요소를 포함하는, 기구의 구동부 제조 방법에 있어서,
상기 구동 수단은 완전한 원통형 관으로부터 시작하여 구성되고, 상기 원통형 관에는 다수의 종방향 슬릿이 마련됨으로써 종방향 요소를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구의 구동부 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 종방향 슬릿은 광화학적 식각, 딥 프레싱, 바람직하게는 레이저 절단에 의한 치핑 기법 등의 임의의 공지된 재료 제거 기법에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구의 구동부 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 기구의 구동부 제조 방법에 의해 얻어지는 내시경 검사 용례 등을 위한 기구로서, 2개의 인접한 종방향 요소 사이의 종방향 슬릿은 종방향 요소들이 기구의 구동시에 서로에 의해 평행하게 유지되는 작은 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 기구의 구동부 제조 방법에 의해 얻어지는 내시경 검사 용례 등을 위한 기구로서, 인접한 종방향 요소들의 쌍 사이의 적어도 하나의 종방향 슬릿에는 종방향 요소들을 서로에 대해 평행하게 유지하는 요소가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 종방향 요소들의 인접한 쌍의 적어도 하나에는 다른 종방향 요소의 방향으로 연장되는 돌기가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 돌기는 기구의 가요성 부분과 일치하는 종방향 요소 부분에만 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제6항에 있어서, 기구의 비가요성 부분의 적어도 일부에서, 종방향 요소는 종방향 슬릿의 폭을 실질적으로 완전히 채우는 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 각 종방향 슬릿에는 적어도 기구의 가요성 부분과 일치하는 가요성 부분을 갖는 별개의 종방향 요소가 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제8항에 있어서, 각 별개의 종방향 요소는 기구의 비가요성 부분, 바람직하게는 인접한 종방향 요소들 중 하나에 연결되는 기구의 비가요성 부분과 일치하는 중앙부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 기구의 비가요성 부분의 적어도 일부에서, 종방향 요소는 종방향 슬릿의 폭을 실질적으로 완전히 채우는 폭을 갖고, 종방향 슬릿의 나머지 부분에는 별개의 종방향 요소가 각각 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제10항에 있어서, 각각의 별개의 종방향 요소의 일단부는 기구의 비가요성 부분에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 인접한 종방향 요소의 각 쌍은 기구의 가요성 부분과 적어도 일치하는 부분에서 적어도 하나의 가요성 브릿지에 의해 상호 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제3항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조종 단부에 인접한 영역에 있는 종방향 요소는 제1 직경을 갖는 원통형 평면에 배치되고, 구동 단부에 인접한 영역에 있는 종방향 요소는 상이한 제2 직경을 갖는 원통형 평면에 배치되며, 중간 영역에 있는 종방향 요소는 2개의 영역을 상호 연결하는 원추형 평면에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제13항에 있어서, 제1 직경은 제2 직경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
