Claims (7)
- (A) 폴리아세탈 수지 100 중량부에 대해, 이하의 (B) 및 (C)를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물.
(B) 아민 치환 트리아진화합물 0.05~0.15 중량부
(C) 지방족화합물 0.10~0.20 중량부 - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 아민 치환 트리아진화합물이, 멜라민, 메틸올멜라민, 벤조구아나민, 및 수용성 멜라민-포름알데히드 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 지방족화합물이 에틸렌비스스테아로아미드인 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물. - 폴리아세탈 수지 100 중량부에 대해, (B) 아민 치환 트리아진화합물 0.05~0.15 중량부 및 (C) 지방족화합물 0.10~0.20 중량부를 첨가하고, 210~230℃의 온도범위에서 가열용융하면서 20.7~26.7 kPa의 감압하에서 탈휘하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
21.3 kPa의 감압하에서 탈지하는 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물의 제조방법. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
상기 아민 치환 트리아진화합물이, 멜라민, 메틸올멜라민, 벤조구아나민, 및 수용성 멜라민-포름알데히드 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물. - 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 지방족화합물이 에틸렌비스스테아로아미드인 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물.
