Claims (7)
- 형광등의 등기구에 호환 적용할 수 있는 엘이디 조명장치에 있어서,반원기둥 형상의 외형을 가지는 히트싱크와;상기 히트싱크에 결합되는 기판과;상기 기판의 일면에 배열되어, 광을 조명하는 복수의 엘이디와;상기 히트싱크에 결합되며, 상기 복수의 엘이디를 외부와 공간적으로 분리시키며, 상기 복수의 엘이디에서 조사된 광을 외부로 투과시키는 커버부재와;상기 형광등의 등기구에 전기적으로 연결되는 전극단자를 가지며, 상기 히트싱크의 양단에 각각 결합되는 한 쌍의 캡을 포함하며,상기 기판과 마주하는 상기 히트싱크의 내부에는 방열 공간이 형성되어, 상기 기판과 상기 히트싱크 사이에 대류에 의한 방열이 이루어지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 히트싱크에는,상기 기판이 결합되도록 상기 히트싱크의 내부에 길이방향으로 제1그루브가 형성되고, 상기 커버부재가 결합되도록 상기 히트싱크의 외부에 길이방향으로 제2그루브가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 기판은 상기 제1그루브에 슬라이딩 결합되고, 상기 커버부재는 상기 제2그루브의 형성 방향에 대해 가로방향으로 상기 제2그루브에 가압 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판에 마련되며, 상기 전극단자를 통하여 입력된 교류전원을 직류전원으로 변환하여 상기 엘이디에 직류전원을 인가하는 컨버터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 히트싱크의 외부면에 형성된 복수의 방열핀을 더 포함하여, 상기 히트싱크의 외부 표면적을 넓힐 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 복수의 방열핀 중 적어도 어느 하나의 방열핀에 형성된 보조방열핀을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 히트싱크의 내부면에 돌출 및 인입 중 적어도 어느 하나에 의하여 형성된 복수의 엠보싱부를 더 포함하여, 상기 히트싱크의 내부 표면적을 넓힐 수 있도 록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명장치.
