Claims (6)
- 고휘도 LED가 설치된 인쇄회로기판이 내장되는 LED조명기구로서,
일면에 개방부가 형성되고 외면에 다수의 외부방열판이 형성된 조명케이스;
상기 조명케이스의 내부에 설치되어 상기 LED에서 발생되는 열을 방열시키는 방열장치;
상기 방열장치의 상부에 배치되는 인쇄회로기판과 상기 인쇄회로기판에 배열되는 다수의 고휘도 LED로 이루어진 조명장치; 및
상기 조명케이스의 개방부에 설치되어 상기 조명장치를 보호함과 아울러 LED조명등의 빛을 산광시키는 산광덮개로 이루어지고
상기 방열장치는 상기 조명장치의 내면에 형성된 체결돌부에 나사체결되는 방열패널과 상기 방열패널의 배면에 돌출되게 형성되는 다수의 방열판으로 이루어지고
상기 조명케이스는 내면에 상기 방열판과 대응되도록 다수의 방열홈을 형성시키고, 상기 방열판의 자유단부에는 상기 방열홈에 끼움되도록 방열돌기를 형성시켜 열기의 전달면적을 확대하여 신속하게 열기가 방열되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방열장치가 구비된 고휘도 LED조명기구.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 방열판의 자유단부는 상기 조명케이스의 내면과 맞닿게 배치되어 상기 LED에서 발생되는 열을 상기 조명케이스에 전달되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방열장치가 구비된 고휘도 LED조명기구.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 방열돌기는 탄성을 갖는 열전도성 수지 또는 점성을 가진 방열 물질을 형성시켜 체결시 이격이 발생되는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방열장치가 구비된 고휘도 LED조명기구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 인쇄회로기판에는 상기 LED가 설치되는 영역에 다수의 충진홀이 형성되고 상기 충진홀에는 열기를 신속하게 전달하도록 충진재가 채워지되, 상기 충진재는 은, 구리 및 무연납 중 어느 하나가 충진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방열장치가 구비된 고휘도 LED조명기구.
